ABOUT

ZOOCO ESTUDIO´s philosophy is facing each project, from interior interventions to large structures building, through the same creative process.

The development of each project, regardless of scale, is based on the generation of a previous concept. This is the aim we chase along every successive decision that makes up the design process. The initial concept is a response to the specific requirements of the custom and the characteristics of the environment, identifying the project from the beginning and serving as a constant guide during its development.

This vision of architecture and the flexibility to adapt to different projects has made us understand our profession at the time of social and economic crisis.

ZOOCO ESTUDIO tries to project with fine materials and simple shapes to achieve a timeless and functional aesthetic. We always search for neutral spaces and projects that last over the years. With this objective, we combine the research into new materials and systems, with the knowledge of traditional processes.

Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you, your brand or the services you offer?

The special service we offer is maybe what makes us special, the fact that we take the total control of the project, from its generation to its execution. We do interiors having an architecture vision, what means that the concept of the project itself generates interiors.

How do you prioritise work, social life, friends, and family?

We try to combine all the aspects in life. It is important not to forget any.

Please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.

At any project, there are many examples when we have to convince the client that there`s another way to do things.

That is our work: explain how the distribution of a space is better or how is the best way of built. It is not only about the final aesthetic.
