English:I was born and grew up in Japan. Since I was a child, I like making stuff because my father is a fine art professor. All along, I liked dressing up well so I thought I should learn to make clothes. Then, I went to fashion school in Aichi, Japan for 4years. Yet, my fashion brand is small but I would like people to know my brand little by little.

Our readers would love to get to know you more Yayoi. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

English: my concept is not to be in the normal style. For instance, when I start making clothes and I saw some other cloth that seems cute or makes the clothes better. Then I redesign the idea of the clothes and make it. That's my favorite style.

Yayoi, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Fashion Label?

English: my family and my friends says that they want to wear the clothes that I made so I started to think that I want more people to wear my clothes.

Who is your inspiration in life Yayoi? How do you keep inspired?

English: I usually looking for the creative stuff in my life. Also, I think that if I smile and have fun in my life, it'll be more inspired by people.

We all make mistakes Yayoi, we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Fashion Label , you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.

English: Even if I can go back, I would have same and simple style fashion brand. I really like the clothes that I'm making right now so that doesn't change my mind.

Yayoi ,when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Fashion Label, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

English: I make clothes to suits the image and concept for models that I have photoshoot with. Although, if there are many clients, I will give a priority of the clients who have same ideas that can fit into my brand.

Please tell us Yayoi, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Fashion Label?

English: I keep the great Japanese quality but also at the same time, I make the clothes design to keep the original cloth's color, texture and the type of the cloth.

Japanese:

Yayoi, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
English:still I think it's not accomplished so I will accomplish it from now.

Yayoi please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Fashion Label. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share to everyone. What is it and why?

English: I feel really successful when people put clothes on and said "this is something new! Cute!".

Yayoi, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?

English: i can be creative of making clothes. If someone evaluate my brand higher, I feel satisfied. Although, the difficult point is the process of making clothes because it takes time.

What advice would you give to the people who wants to be successful as a Fashion Label?

English: I would like to advise but yet, I need some to give me an advise first...!
