I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Business and Administrations, so I was put in charge of finding a new direction for our organisation. Full Function is an organisation that jumpstarts the careers of musicians, models and social media personalities. Our team helps individuals with diverse talents find job opportunities. These jobs could include but are not limited to, club promotion, photoshoots, videography, and print & media.
Tristan, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Creative Agency?
I love helping others achieve greatness by tapping into their true potential. I have a passion for working with people by looking at all aspects from biological, sociological, and spiritual aspects of life.
Who is your inspiration in life Tristan? How do you stay inspired as a Creative Agency?
My family inspires me, keeps me grounded, and level headed.
We all make mistakes Tristan; we wish we could take back. What was the mistake you made in the past that you wish you can take back?
In this field, I work a lot of volatile individuals. I regret trusting in others to make key decisions that will affect the well being of my organisation. Even through collaborations, one must trust their intuition.
Tristan, How do you describe yourself in terms of working with clients?
I love working with different types of people. I try to be professional as I can be but at the same time having integrity by holding accountability.
Please tell us, Tristan, how do you prioritise work, social life, friends, and family?
I try to do as much double shift work during the week, so the weekends I can spend time with my friends and family.
Tristan, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
When other leaders second guess my decisions, I provide facts that show certain trends, giving a realistic look of the future results.
Tristan, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Creative Agency.
Our first model signing and the photoshoot were one of the best moments because it showed greatness was to come.
Tristan, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I make most creative decisions for the organisation, during shoots with models I get to pick the setting, clothing type, and style of shoot, kind of like being a director.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Creative Agency?
Always trust in yourself but still give others a chance for input.
