Tony. Tell us ABOUT yourself.
I entered the world of photography in 2014 when I first bought my Nikon SLR. I am Tony George and a full-time engineer who is passionate about photography and finds time to do projects based on people. I shoot talents, working professionals and families. My major projects include profile building for yoga trainers. On the weekend you could find me in a coffee shop immersed in deep thoughts about a next project or shooting a model.

Our readers would love to get to know you more Tony. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

I am someone who would spend hours in preparation before a task to understand how would it go and what all things need to be planned before a task

Tony, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Photographer?

As a photographer, I want to capture 1000 different faces as a first milestone. Photography is my first passion, I would like to accomplish this task. I enjoy cooking time to time but mainly stick to cafes.

Who is your inspiration in life Tony? How do you keep inspired?

I am inspired by the good vibes around me. I try to keep motivated by seeing other talents works and trying to learn from each aspect of a photograph. If someone does something perfectly, I try to see what I could learn from them.

We all make mistakes Tony; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Photographer, you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
During my journey as a photographer, prioritizing client needs is something I find challenging. When there are multiple clients working with me, I wish I had a helping hand to do things quicker

Tony , when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Photographer, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

I wish I could make all my clients happy at the same time. But time is something which is beyond our control. I do the traditional approach of first come first serve. But it depends on the complexity of the project and how big the client is.

Please tell us, Tony, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Photographer?

Client requirements are challenging always. Getting to know what they want at the earliest is the best way to tackle all the requirements and make them happy. I try to meet my clients well before the shoot so that we build a rapport and everything is set to go on the assignment day.

Tony, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
In a team, it's always important to listen to what others have to tell. When working in a team, putting down your views on the table is the key so that others know what your idea is. If a team member is not getting the essence, it is always easy to put in examples of experience where you have been in similar situations and advantages of doing things in what way you are thinking. This would help the other person to understand quickly.

Tony, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Photographer. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
The Proud moment could be a simple achievement. I shot images of an upcoming model for her portfolio outdoor and used my expertise in editing the image. The outcome was highly appreciated by the client, and this made me happy.

Tony, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
Use of light shaping equipment enhances the quality of image exponentially. Challenging low light situations were frequently occurring in one of my past photoshoot sessions. The simple addition of reflectors and softbox solved the issue, and the final images came out very well.

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Photographer?

Keep learning and keep observing
