Firstly Tierney, how would you best describe yourself?

Tierney. Tell us ABOUT yourself.
Runway, print, and commercial video modelling. A sports enthusiast, and fitness model. Horse back rider, snow skier, hiker, and traveller.

Our readers would love to get to know you more Tierney. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

I am deeply and passionately in love with the arts, all avenues. I went to school to study arts, media, and communication at UW. Fashion is my passion! I draw, paint, practice photography behind the lens, and study art. Im a travelling junkie and want to see the world and experience everything I can. Adventure is out there.

Tierney, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

I have modelled on and off my whole life. Recently I got swept up by the bridal industry and done lots of bridal modelling. I also have an edgy side and love leather jackets and lace.

Who is your inspiration in life Tierney? How do you keep inspired?

A very inspirational historical figure to me is Amelia Earhart. She was a strong, powerful, and independent woman. She never let anyone tell her what she could or couldn't do.

We all make mistakes Tierney; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I have been very luck in the modelling industry and have been fortunate to work with amazing people thus far. I have learned how to combat negative people in the industry who tell me I cant or won't make a living at this with positivity. However, just as I was making the transition out of a terrible part time job, to modelling full time, I accidentally completely blew off an interview. My manager swapped my shifts again for the thousandth time, and I completely space the interview. I apologised and felt terrible.

Tierney, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?

I attempt to not take on too much work at one time. If I take on too much work, then everything isn't given my 100% all. That isn't fair to the team of people who are usually on a shoot and need you to be at your best.

Please tell us, Tierney, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

I have found that everything works out just as it is supposed to. I make sure to keep in contact with everyone about shoots, answer messages right away, and keep all shoots and details on my phone. Without being extremely organised, things can get messy as a model.

Tierney, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
People are doers. We want to do things our way, until we are shown a better way, or an easier way. Everyone deserves an equal voice, so sometimes I will offer an idea or suggestion to incorporate into work. Usually, it's why don't WE try it your way, then mine. Everyone wins, and maybe even learned somethings.

Tierney, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
I was really young, maybe 16, when I had one of my proudest model moments. I was a runway model for a group of fashion design students through the UW. It was for a final project/ competition to have their product launched. I ROCKED that runway. I winked at the judges, and they remarked later how much they liked me.

Tierney, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
For a lot of shoots, I get to let my own sense of fashion come through, and I get to pick my own outfits.

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?

Never give up. There is the only one you and there will never be another. Learn to feel comfortable in your own skin, we all have insecurities and things that we would change. These days you can fix of change just about anything. So find you, be confident, have fun, and be head strong.

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
YES! I am a model in the Seattle area and live for collaborative projects. I would love to collaborate with other models, designers, photographers, etc.

Now for the best part Tierney! Please upload 5-10 photos so we can get to see your work.
Please add any photo credits for the photos you uploaded so that everybody can get recognised. Please fill this our properly,
