French performer and model, I worked as a professional for seven years in Paris and France mostly before coming to London to study Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music. I am now established in London, and still available in Paris if needed.
As a model, I have a very expressive face, can be either use"fashion", comedic or dramatic. I worked a lot as a historical character. I love to tell a story with my face, my body, my skin. I also am a lingerie model.

Our readers would love to get to know you more Marine. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

My dreamy and positive but realistic sense of life.

Marine, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

I love being able to deliver positive and strong messages to people with words, music, gestures or images. I have been dancing and singing since I'm 3, writing poems since I'm 6, and became a professional actress, singer and author after having being trained eight years ago. I never stoped to learn and look for other meanings to express myself or messages that I cared about. That's why I became a model. Sometimes, messages don't need words or voice, but lights and expressions.

Who is your inspiration in life Marine? How do you keep inspired?

It may sound a bit presumptuous, but my inspiration in life comes from every single person I love or loves. My family, my friends, my mates, my lovers, my colleagues. And also every stranger that I briefly meet but who's got something special, beautiful, sharing, elegant or luminous. I believe you learn from the ones around, and you learn how to be surrounded by the ones who are good for you.

We all make mistakes Marine; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
One, I had a filming where I was supposed to be the girlfriend of this guy. He wasn't a professional model or actor because he organised the filming for promoting his own company. He was kind, nice, and during the break, he asked about my private life. I said I was single at the moment, and shared some details. Then, we had a scene where we kissed. And after the filming he tried to seduce me, I refused to see him again, and he said he didn't get it as I was so "warm" and I "kissed" him. I realised that we need to be as professional as we can with non-pro artists as they don't understand the difference between script, acting and reality. Even if they are nice and wise. I wish I realised that before because it was very embarrassing to feel I did hurt him when I was simply kind!

Marine , when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

As a model, you need to be organised. When you know you have a shooting scheduled in advance, you need to be aware of what you need to prepare in advance: do you wash your hair? clean your nails? bring some clothes? You also need to sleep and eat well the day or days before.

Please tell us, Marine, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

I am trying to eat healthy food, to go to yoga lessons, and to continue to work on my acting skills with short courses, etc. In fact, being a model is telling a story, without words, but with your body. You need to be gentle with it and to be able to build your mind to make your thoughts appear through it!

Marine, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
I'm always trying to listen to people and understand their point of view; then I can discuss and offer mine. It's not about fighting, at all! It's about sharing, and make sure to communicate.

Marine, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want with share to everyone. What is it and why?
I love working with the young and talented photographer Sarah Desti. When she first asked me to be a model for her, in a very creative and beautiful background about the 1st war, I was very proud that she contacted me to hire me!

Marine, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
Once, we were supposed to shoot for a nail art website but ... the nail artist was sick and didn't come! We knew it at the very last minute and were already in the studio with the MUA and photographer. To avoid to waste our time, and even if we knew it became a collab', I offer to transform the shooting and use it for creating some colourful and funny portraits. I did my hair, used some clothes to create a character, helped by the MUA and photographer, and it was very good fun and a good result that we now use for our respective books!

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?

Be kind, don't be late, don't be pretentious, be listening and enjoy yourself ! Be serious but also funny and light. Be yourself, love your imperfections. And don't be too hurt if you read bad comments about your image. No-one can be loved by the entire world ... it's enough to be loved by the good ones, and by yourself.

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state what type of collaboration you are looking for?
I can do collaborations, as far as I love the style, the project, so ... contact me and let's speak about it!
