Alright, now for the interview! Firstly Steve, how would you best describe yourself?
Our readers would love to get to know you more Steve. Tell us about yourself, why you are passionate about what you do, and your journey so far.
I started off photographing wildlife, then my niece asked me to photograph her and a friend, and I enjoyed it and got some good results. I then started to photograph models and went from strength to strength, but I'm still learning on every shoot I do. The type of photography I enjoy the most is portraits.

Keep interviewing me!
What are your goals and how do you see yourself progressing in the field Steve?
My goal is to be able to become good enough to be able to make a living from my photography.
How do you communicate with people Steve? Are you patient? Are you friendly? How open are you to clients’ requirements?
I do consider my self-friendly, most of the models I work with always come back for more shoots.
If you had to do it over again, what would you change Steve?
I would start learning photography from a younger age as I feel I still have a lot to learn.
Who is your hero Steve, and how have they helped you get to where you are?
My hero is my dad; he has recently had his leg amputated and struggles with getting around. He is 80 years old but keeps fighting.
How important are creative education courses Steve? Have you taken any, and did you find them useful?
I haven't taken any creative courses. What I know I have learnt myself by experimenting on shoots.
Do you have any tips for someone who is just starting out in the industry?
The only tips I would give anyone starting out, try to be yourself and make the photos that you like and not try to be anyone else.
Please add any photo credits for the photos you uploaded so that everybody can get recognised.
