I graduated with a First Class degree in BA Marketing and Business with honors from Abertay University in Dundee, Scotland.
I am very interested in modelling and passionate about Fitness, Exercise, Health and Acting. Currently, I am studying for my CPT certificate. I am a motivational speaker which makes me love inspiring people and direct them towards their self-improvement while finding what they are good at and what they can do. I appear in a Music Video in Miami and a Delta Airlines print ad.
I play tennis at a competitive level, and I dance salsa once a week.
Our readers would love to get to know you more Stan. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?
I am very energetic, passionate and enthusiastic about the sport (I practice five different sports) and health (nutrition and fitness). I love life, people, nature and learning experience that comes with them. I challenge myself every day aiming to improve knowing that perfection does not exist. Every day is a chance to change our lives.
I smile a lot and sincerely enjoy food!
I am positive, and I spread it around.
Stan, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
People are born unique. Some find their passion early, some later. I had to travel, expand my horizon and to get life experience to identify exactly what my passions are and where is the best place for them to be realized and for me to be. Being in the States, gave me the opportunity to try and put the start of those four ventures.
Who is your inspiration in life Stan? How do you keep inspired?
Inspiration starts inside-out, primarily. However, the inside is provoked from the outside. So, Myself is the biggest drive but when the going gets tough, the tough for is influenced: My Fitness Mentor - Mark, My Idols - Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dwayne Johnson, Les Brown, Eric Thomas, and others, my Mother and Father.
I write my goals down, I put a goal, and I follow, but I see it written every day, so automatically I visualize it, and get going. :)
We all make mistakes Stan; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Mistakes are the fundamental of our achievements. As a personal coach, it is important to understand that people have different likes and pace of doing things. I have learnt to be patient and understanding with everyone`s abilities and the way they handle each exercise, diet and a daily routine.
I wish when I was training my cousin for soccer, I had the mind set I have now, to understand that the way I see and feel things is not the way he would. My biggest lesson here was to be patient with each one of the people around and respect their way of performing and how they adapt strategies to accomplish something.
Stan , when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?
It is all about time management and knowing your clients in the best possible way. Knowing their capabilities, likes and goals, as well as their time frame, it helps me to organize my time based on their availability and wants, so I can respond at their convenience, for achieving maximum results.
Please tell us, Stan, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model?
Everything starts with an appropriate (the right) self-treatment. To me eating healthy is fundamental. If I eat healthily, I will relax and sleep better. By that, I can recover faster. My energy is higher which affects my performance on stage, on and off camera and in front of an audience. Eating good requires discipline. If we have discipline in ourselves and apply it to our daily routine, the results will be consistent and improved on a daily basis.
I apply this strategy to anything I do. The biggest challenge is doing what you love and having a full-time job. Juggling with the mentioned above gets tough, BUT IF THERE IS A DESIRE, YOU WILL FIND A WAY!
Stan, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
Two opinions more often have a better reflect on a given project. I have been lucky to work with very professional and open-minded people. I am grateful when once my photographer took my opinion and advice on shooting with a sport and fitness purpose.
Stan, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
I appear on a print ad "Business Class" for a major airline.
I also took part in a Music Video of a Famous Pop Singer in Miami.
Stan, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I had to do a short video about my life in about 4-6 minutes. We had to go above and beyond to accomplish success - drone, sports car, jetski, skydiving. It took time and risk but it worth it.
Sometimes the hardest thing is to choose when you have freedom of choice. What exactly to do and how to do it? Is it the right option for you to express yourself? Whereas if you have criteria to follow I believe comes easier.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
Follow opportunities and work hard. Be ready to sacrifice to achieve the desired outcome. Be prepared, do your homework and find your Mentor - someone to follow and if possible, to keep in touch with.
Also, always write down your progress and goals.
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
Yes, I am looking for collaborating with fashion brands and represent them in a way to help them achieve their goals and also to expand my practical experience and knowledge in the industry. It is a learning experience on a daily basis.
