Serainaplease tell us your talent/work rate per hour?
I'm not sure what exactly you mean with work rate per hour but my talent is creativity in any way. I love to draw, dance, design, cook, paint, sew.... it's just a wonderful thing to be yourself. Also I am very photogenic and confident. There is almost no bad picture of me I swear haha.

Seraina. Tell us ABOUT yourself.
So, I went to school in a really small village in switzerland. I always knew I want to do something I like doing as my job. In highschool I did an exam for an artschool which gives you good chances to get in every kind of creative Job. I applicated for an apprenticeship as a Textile/embroidery-designer. And I got the Job! Hurray! For me it's one of the best things that has happened to me, because this job combines wverything. Fashion, designing..etc.

In the time from my last highschool year till now I also applicated at so so many modelling agencies but not one wrote me back. I got many messages from scouts, but it also never worked out. I did many castings and shootings for my portfolio, and I love it. But everytime someone "professional" contacted me it was either fake or just to make money.
I started Instagramming like 10 month ago, because as I said I love to be in front of the camera and why not show people what I am able to do. My hope was it to inspire the person who looks at my pics, either with my outfit or my pose or whatever. I still love doing what I do and my live is better than ever, but my dream to be a professional model with an agency living in NewYork will still be my goal. I believe in my dreams and in what I can do! If you don't have big dreams, why should you dream at all?

Our readers would love to get to know you more Seraina. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

My personality. I am motivating and always happy. My friends say if they have a bad day and I am with them, they get happy instantly.

Seraina, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

My passion is art. I can get inspired by everything and everyone arround me. It's my goal to inspire others and to be diffrent. I don't like it, when everything is the same for years. I need change and new experiences.

I don't want to live and die. I want to make something for people, that stays in their mind for longer. Something diffrent.

I started modelling a few months ago but I wanted to do it ever since. It has been my dream for my whole life and I am very thankful that I got this opportunity to do what I love doing.

Who is your inspiration in life Seraina? How do you keep inspired?

My biggest Inspirations are Audrey Hepburn, Coco Chanel and Kate Moss. Thes women always keep me motivated. They've all accomplishhed such great things with hard work and I want to reach that too.

We all make mistakes Seraina, we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Model , you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I am a sensitive person, but I am working on it. I was at a casting for Elite Model Look and I auditioned for my first time. I took my sister with me for mental support. I was so convinced that I would make it and than after I got the "no, sorry" it was a very new and kinda shocking experience for me. I wrnt to the toilet a few minutes after and just started crying, I have no idea why and after I came out I was in an angry mood and just had to let it out at someone. I hate myself for that but I let it out at my sister and I felt so bad afterwards. I wish that I would have handled the situation different, instead of letting my feelings get controle.

It teached a very important lesson, because nowadays I can handle a "no" and being fine with it.

Seraina ,when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

I would look which of the clients is most important for me and my future career. I always think about the future, because if you don't prepare, life can really be an unpredictable b***h and ruin everything. So live in the now but always be prepared. ;)

Please tell us Seraina, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

Once there was this agency which I thought was very serious. I sent them my pictures and they invited me for a "casting". When I was there we talked a little about me and why I want to be in her agency... etc. All was fine but then he started talking about money and costs and modelling school which would cost 1'500.- , what is a lot of money for me, I had to play it cool and just tell them that they could send me all information. But deep down I was so sad, that again it was an unserious agency, which just wants to make more and more money from people which dream to do something they love. In most cases you pay for it, nothing ever happens after that.

So I sat thete and talked as if everything wad totally normal and after the casting, neither me nor them wrote each other again.

I know it's not really a strategic story, but I am still new in the game and don't have that many stories.

Seraina, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
In my head are so so so many ideas and I try to bring my side in a project too. I always try to be kind and tell it in a gentle way and when I don't like an idea, I say what I'm thinking about it. I don't want to be pictured in something I can't stand for. Why should you do a spot or shoot for anything you don't even like if you know what I mean.

So my goal is it to really be a piece of the project and if I do something, I give 120%.

Seraina please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share to everyone. What is it and why?
There are many small moments acctually. For example the time a guy from "akris" came over to me on the street and asked if I was a model and want to do a testshoot. Or the time I got featured in a magazine. It was a casting for the cover I didn't got it at the end, but I got an article in the magazine and that made me kinda proud to tell everyone about.

Seraina, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
You can be creative at everything you do and especially at studio shoots you really have to bring ideas for posing and expressions. The difficult part comes at the point where you are shooting for a longer time and suddenly you have kinda like a black out or something and you gave everything you could for the whole day and you have no ideas left. You don't want to do the same poses over and over again, that's boring. You really have to be as creative as possible and even if you think it doesn't look good, you have to try everything.

But that doesn't happen very often, I have too many ideas haha.

What advice would you give to the people who wants to be successful as a Model?

It is such a hard way to get where you want. If you didn't got this job, the next will come soon. And if you have the chance to do something you always wanted, DO IT! Opportunities don't often come along, but if they do, you have to grab them.

You will get a lot of critics about you, your personality, your body, your work, but the only thing that matters is that you love what you do and the only one you have to be happy is you. Believe in yourself and never give up! If it was easy, everyone would do it.

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
Yes I am, collaborations are the best way to be introduced to new people and get more recognition.

I am looking for fashion, food (especially healthy food, because I am vegan), accessoiries like sunglasses or earrings, fitness (maybe sportswear or a shooting/spot), design -to be able to collab with a designer and do an own collection together- and many more collaborations. I can sell everything, believe me.

Now for the best part Seraina! Please upload 5-10 photos so we can get to see your work.
