Firstly Sabrina, how would you best describe yourself?

Sabrina. Tell us ABOUT yourself.
My name is Sabrina Saeed, and I am 16 years old. I am Arabian and Egyptian, but I was born in Fresno, California and I'm very much Americanized. Some of my exotic features play a unique roll in the modelling business. I've always wanted to become a model, and a couple of months ago I started to experience that life. I've enjoyed doing shoots, and so far I enjoy modelling. I'm also a very positive person that's open to doing new things. I keep an open mind about everything too. Not only do I enjoy modelling, but I do have other goals in life that I'd like to accomplish. I love art and the expression of art itself. On my free time, I like to draw, do ballet, watch button poetry, and listen to music.

Our readers would love to get to know you more Sabrina. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

What's physically unique about me are some of my cultural features. Since I am Arabian and Egyptian, a lot of people point that out in my eyes and eyebrows. I feel like that's culturally unique, but what's really unique about myself is that I'm such a positive person and I've been through so much negativity to have myself still standing here today. Everyone goes through things, and it sucks, but I've managed to keep pushing through everything I went through and still going through, because I know I'll make it one day. To me, that's something different, because I come from a certain group, a religion, a culture, who doesn't have anyone different. Everyone seems to be the same, and everyone only follows, they never lead. I differ, by taking the risk to lead and to lead my life, to be myself, to "rebel" is what makes me unique.

Sabrina, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

I've very passionate about art and modelling is a part of my art. I aspire to inspire. I aspire to accomplish my goals and never let anyone come in the way of my happiness. When I first started modelling, I didn't know what to do, but a few hours into my first shoot I was able to get the feel and I progressed a lot.

Who is your inspiration in life Sabrina? How do you keep inspired?

I keep myself going by staying strong. I think of how many things ruined me and how many people said I wouldn't be anything in life, and so I keep pushing to only be myself in life, for myself. To me, I've already proved others wrong, and I only push to become better every day. My inspiration in life is really the me of yesterday.

We all make mistakes Sabrina; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
In all honesty, the only thing I felt like I could've changed was actually talking to someone who was having a hard time with some problems, but they didn't want my help. Either way, I felt like I could've still talked to them.

Sabrina, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

The biggest concern is time management. You have to be able to manage your time wisely to perform excellent service. You also have to keep positive and try your hardest at everything.

Please tell us, Sabrina, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

One time at a photoshoot I had to find out how flexible I was for some poses. I am very flexible and as it's my priority to keep my body shape and flexibility I have to be healthy and eat maintain my workout routine.

Sabrina, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
Since I am a very open-minded person, I listen to what people have to say and accept the way they think even if I'm thinking in the opposite direction, because we all are different and we live differently. Persuading someone to see something my way is like a counter claim for me. For them to see where I'm coming from I let them know that I accept their thoughts or opinions, so maybe they can accept my thoughts and opinions as well. I give them fair reasoning on why I see things the way I do, and they then become more open-minded to that, so we conclude.

Sabrina, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
My proudest moment as a model was my first time doing my first shoot. I was so comfortable with it, and the photos came out so well. I was proud not only because most of my images didn't need editing, but because I managed to do something I've always wanted. I felt proud to do something for myself and enjoy it.

Sabrina, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
A couple of my shoots I was able to pick my own clothing and own setting. I felt like that was a creative way of expressing myself through the shoot, because of the attire and background. The difficult part was having the setting work with exposure and lighting, but what was exciting is that my facial expression, body language, and attire was so well fit with the theme and setting.

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?

Modeling is a competitive game, but we're all different and chose to do this because we have something unique about ourselves. My modelling career is operated by my ability to shape diverse roles in modelling. To be successful is to be yourself and to be true to you. Don't pressure yourself to do something, because the other models are doing it. Just stay you and stay happy.

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
I would love to collaborate with anyone and their ideas. I haven't looked, but I'm open to anything really.
