Not only am I a model, but I am an artist as well. My main nitch is spray paint art where I only use spray paint cans to create beautiful scenes.
Phil, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
Bodybuilding is my biggest passion, so showing my physique first started myself getting into modelling. Once I became involved in photography and seeing myself in the images, I knew I wanted to strive for success in this business.
Who is your inspiration in life Phil? How do you keep inspired?
In life, my inspiration is my family. In modelling, my inspiration is Steve Cook.Inspiring others to get fit and live a healthy lifestyle keeps me motivated.
We all make mistakes Phil; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Honestly, I can't relate to one.
Phil, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
Well, I make my schedule, so whenever a photographer is ready, I clear my schedule for the photo shoot.
Please tell us, Phil, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?
Diet and exercise are key components to have a great shredded physique. Time and strict guidelines regarding meals and workouts are very important.
Phil, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
There was this one image in my head regarding a fitness photo shoot using a hoodie. The photographer didn't want to use it, but I asked if we could play around with the lighting and different poses, and sure enough, it ended up being one of the best photos of the shoot.
Phil, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
I would say this year's 1st shoot in Florida. It was a fitness shoot and was the 1st time I've followed a very strict program. It was the best I have ever looked so was very happy about the turnout. Also being South Magazine's Best Body of 2015 was awesome!
Phil, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
Using different props is always fun. From using an axe in underwear, the shoot was awesome and unique.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
Keep striving and stay determined and remain humble.
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
Absolutely! I love modeling; whether its fashion, underwear, fitness related, nude, I'm very open to anything.
