I have always been a creative soul. My name is unique, so I've always strived to live up to that word. I love being inspired, inspiring myself and others. I think modelling is a beautiful thing. It inspires and empowers women and men to love themselves and feel like a rockstar! My style is a little different from most; I rock quite a few tattoos and a more fun/upbeat style. But that's what I love about myself! And I'm not afraid to show it off.
Paisley, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
My passion is to grow and succeed as a model. I want the world to know me, and I want to know it. I aspire to work hard at my craft and enjoy every minute of it.
Who is your inspiration in life Paisley? How do you keep inspired?
All women inspire me from my loving mother and sisters to all of the beautiful models I see. I keep myself up to date with trends and create collages of images that inspire me!
We all make mistakes Paisley; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Well, I wouldn't necessarily say that I've had many negative encounters with photographers or other models. The only incident I would say was doing a photo shoot with a photographer and not receiving my photos back after being told and agreeing that I would.
Paisley, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
You have to be down to earth, down to be creative and down to work well with others. Have fun with it, come up with fun ideas and always keep a friendly atmosphere!
Please tell us, Paisley, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?
You first and foremost have to love yourself and love your body. Which means you have to strive to take care of yourself — healthy body and mindset.
Paisley, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
Simply explaining what you're comfortable with and what you're not. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do. And you should always make sure you're in a positive environment where you feel trusting and comfortable. When you have a great relationship with your photographers, you can both easily agree on new and exciting ideas. I've persuaded them to help me seek out and perform my creative ideas, and I've also politely declined ideas that I wasn't comfortable with.
Paisley, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
I am very proud and honoured when I am featured by a brand, company, agency or any establishment that supports and promotes my work. I love that I have inspired them and their readers/viewers. It gives me so much confidence and motivation to keep working at my passion!
Paisley, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
It's always exciting to be creative! Come up with new and fun ideas. Sometimes it is difficult to really find something new and different in this day and age, but it's fun to put your mind to the test to see what great ideas you can come up with and accomplish!
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
First and foremost, you must love yourself, your body and every flaw. Always keep your confidence high and respect yourself and your accomplishments. If you doubt yourself and think you aren't ready, then you may never be ready. Strive each day to be your best self!
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
I would love to collaborate with fashion brands, makeup brands and all things beauty, fashion and lifestyle!
