Olena, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
I aspire to have people believe in themselves and love for who they are. I started modelling to boost my confidence up and to make people feel loved in their skin.
Who is your inspiration in life Olena? How do you keep inspired?
I have many inspirations. When you surf the internet, you find incredible people across the world. People around the world keep me inspired.
We all make mistakes Olena; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I haven't done many shows to have any mistakes or problems, but I love working with other people.
Olena, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
Listening to your clients never hurts, and talking back is no way to work your job.
Please tell us Olena, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model?
There was a showcase where the designers didn't have clothes to fit me in, so I took the position on showcasing jewellery 10 min before the show.
Olena, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
I always like to speak my mind, and I don't get hurt if someone doesn't like my idea.
Olena, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
My first showcase was the saddest but the most exciting show I've ever been in. I was the only extra model, and I didn't know what to do, I didn't fit in any of the designer's clothes, so I had to wait out till the person that put on the showcase told me 10 minutes before the show to put on jewellery and walk the runway.
Olena, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I spoke my mind, but I was scared because it was my first showcase and I didn't want to mess it up, but I took the chance.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
I would look into the person's eyes and tell them that they should be confident in their culture/body/skin no matter what the hating people say or do.
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state what type of collaboration you are looking for?
