ABOUT
I've been working in care since I was sixteen so my biggest passion is helping, supporting and encouraging people. I am a very compassionate and empathetic person. I hope when I'm older to train as a counsellor.
However, I've always loved the arts. I've always loved drawing and painting, I'm a big fan of musicals so I love singing, acting and dancing but I've never really taken it up as a hobby- these are things I enjoy in my own company and in the company of close family and friends, but I would like to one day share this passion with others. I did dance at GCSE level at school but due to confidence and body issues/anxiety, i really struggled. Since then, however, I feel a lot more confident in myself as a person and my body. I find dance movement expressive and therapeutic and would like to get into it when I have the financial means to. I was interested in modelling from a young age and did a couple of test shoots in London when I was around 13- But life sort of got in the way and I didn't have any real knowledge of the industry. I recently went for a test shoot at Mac fashion and photography- they were extremely impressed with my versatility, expressiveness, professionalism and ability to connect with the camera. I've struggled a lot with accepting myself, and didn't use to like people taking pictures of me- but somehow feel empowered when in front of the camera in a professional setting- my quiet confidence seems to come out brilliantly and I am able to express my character well.
I am a creative, resilient and strong young woman with a desire to empower other young people!

Our readers would love to get to know you more Natasha. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

I am interested in art, psychology, theology, philosophy, singing and all sorts of things! I am an empathetic and compassionate person always looking to connect with others!

Natasha, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

I was interested in the modelling industry as a young teenager, and actually went for a couple of test shoots in London which went really well! I was told I had a lot of potentials, but I didn't really have a clue what to do with my portfolio and life got in the way. I guess I saw it as a dream that would probably never happen.. but recently I decided to try again! I did a shoot with Mac Fashion photography in London and the team were extremely impressed with my professionalism, versatility and ability to connect with the camera. As someone that's dealt with serious confidence issues- I really seemed to come to life in front of the camera. It felt empowering, so I really want to pursue this seriously! I hope to be a good role model to young girls and to research more people. I'm hoping for this to build a platform for me to share ideas about things that are important to me: love, faith, compassion and equality.

Who is your inspiration in life Natasha? How do you keep inspired?

Honestly, I have a lot of different role models- including people close to me; especially my mum. She's always been my closest friend and role model- the way she values all people, loves unconditionally, never gives up and always has faith. Generally, people who stay true to their beliefs and have strong values inspire me- People with real depth as opposed to those who are shallow or false in some way.

We all make mistakes Natasha, we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Model, you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Being new to the industry I don't have many mistakes or regrets other than perhaps missing out on opportunities, but that has mostly been due to circumstances outside of my control. So I don't really have enough experience to answer this!

Natasha, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

As previously mentioned I'm new to the industry.. but from other work experience I've always worked pretty well even when on high demand with peoples care needs.. so hopefully, I can apply those skills in this career!

Please tell us, Natasha , about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

Generally taking time to look after myself so that I can be at my best for jobs!

Natasha, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
Unfortunately there hasn't been a chance for this yet in the modelling industry!

Natasha, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
Honestly, receiving any feedback on my images feels like an accomplishment to me!

Natasha, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
With a good photographer, creativity is always possible.

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?

Never stop believing in what you have to offer.

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state what type of collaboration you are looking for?
Yes! I'm open to new experiences! Especially art modelling! I'm all about expression.

Now for the best part Natasha! Please upload 5-10 photos so we can get to see your work.
