"The proudest professional accomplishment I've had so far in my short career was when I was able to show my work and got to work with Mandi Line, a stylist to whom I have looked up to from a young age."

Profession: Fashion Stylist

About: I've always had a passion for fashion. From a young age, I was always sketching mermaids with ready-to-wear designer accessories, putting on fashion shows with my sister’s Barbies, and later on, this progressed into sketching couture shoes, creating online fashion editorials and working with renowned costume designer and stylist, Mandi Line, for several years.
I started a blog back in 2013 for which I received recognition from other stylists, brands and people in the industry. It was at this point, that I had the idea to go to fashion school. So, I attended FIDM in Los Angeles, CA, and began studying fashion design. Through this school, I've met and worked with stylist Camille Yvette.
After leaving FIDM to go back to my hometown in Hungary, I was still putting out content, began working on several other blogs, worked freelance and wrote my online fashion editorials. After a brief year in Hungary, I made the decision to come back to California to pursue my dreams and become a fashion stylist which is still a work-in-progress.
Tell us something about yourself. What you do, passion and aspiration in life?: I am currently working freelance. But my passions in life include fashion (as my number one), but I'm also interested in interior design, art, poetry and writing - anything creative. My aspiration in life is to be happy where I am and with what I'm doing at the moment.
Who is your inspiration in life? How do you keep inspired?: I have many inspirations in life. The strong and independent women in my family and life to whom I look up and respect inspire me everyday. Another is the strong and colourful members of the LGBTQ community of which I am so proud to be a part. These fabulous people inspire me to be who I am and never to take any bs from anybody.
I look to mainstream as well as independent fashion magazines, picture books, movies and music to keep inspired. There's also a quote by Grace Coddington that I live by, it says, "Always keep your eyes open. Keep watching. Because whatever you see can inspire you."
What is your aspiration in life?: My aspiration in life is to become a well-known and respected celebrity and editorial stylist.
We all make mistakes we wish we could take back. Tell me about a time you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.: There was a time when a colleague and I differed in opinion regarding a project we were working on and instead of trying to find a good compromise, I got angry with him. Looking back, that situation would have had a better outcome if I had put aside my personal feelings and concentrated on the project.
When you’re working with a large number of customers, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. How do you go about prioritising your customers’ needs?: Since I haven't had to deal with this situation so far, I imagine that planning out those projects/jobs that require a longer amount of time would be wise. Determining customers that are "rush" jobs and those who may require priority would be another step. Then, I would integrate the rush/priority jobs and those that are not so constrained by time into my day.
Tell me about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities.: The first time I ever assisted a photoshoot was in college, and I was new to the whole situation. So I made a list of things to do as well as asked for guidance from the stylist, Camille Yvette, and I did everything on time and even had fun.
Tell me about your proudest professional accomplishment.: Overall I would have to say, getting recognition and feedback from other stylists and people in the industry. But, the proudest professional accomplishment I've had so far in my short career was when I was able to show my work and got to work with Mandi Line, a stylist to whom I have looked up to from a young age. She inspired me to push the boundaries and always encouraged me to be the best I can.
How old do you have to be before it can be said you died of old age?: There's no such thing as the old age when you are getting the most out of life.
Do glow-in-the-dark objects stop glowing when somebody turns the lights on?: No, they dim-in-the-light (;
Photo Credits: I do take most 90% of my photos, but I do have friends and my sister take photos of me or for me sometimes.
