I'm 20 years old; I grew up in San Diego, California. I moved to Eagle, Idaho when I just got into middle school and entered into a Fine Arts Academy to work on my craft for visual arts, theatre, and photography. I found that with my craft, it could be of use to those who lack and be beneficial to my community. Now, I recruit models and photographers to network here in Idaho and help them become exposed to the bigger world that lies before them. In Idaho, I'm a unique commodity. I'm a mixed woman (which there aren't many here) it helps catch the eyes of others, but I don't say this vainly; it's the first thing, people, out here where I live to see and already have an impression. I'm a peoples person; I'm very good with communication; hence, the huge community I've already built here. I love every ounce of what I do, and I hope to do it in the long run.

Micah, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as Model?

I want to help and inspire others. I think we all want, at the end of the day, to feel as if we've done something good, productive, and have to one's who lack in what you or myself have. When I pass, I want to be aware that I left a legacy behind, people who could take my work and messages and inspire someone else. Looks aren't everything, but it's the first thing we see. We see a beautiful woman or man, and we wonder, Š—“how did they get there? Š— Everyone has a beginning, a story they want to share, and we aren't an always what we used to be. I hope to share my story on a level that everyone can understand, and say Š—“I'll make it there too. I know I'll make it through.Š— I started modelling because I was looking for the self- love I desired. I started practising healthy habits, and I began getting photos of myself. Now, I'm asked to speak for an interview; I'm asked to participate in events. Everyone wants a part of my glow, and I hope I inspire others to glow as much or more than me. We all have the potential.

Who is your inspiration in life Micah? How do you stay inspired as a Model?

Like I said before, I know I'm inspiring someone to work hard and reach their max potential. The hard work and ambition keeps me going.

We all make mistakes Micah; we wish we could take back. What was the mistake you made in the past that you wish you can take back?

I don't think I would take any of it back. It wouldn't make me who I was today. I wouldn't be here, writing to Model Citizens, if I took back a mistake and started all over. I wouldn't have met the people I love and care about today if I took it back. So.. no, I don't believe I would take anything back.

Micah, How do you describe yourself in terms of working with clients?

I'm most positively a people person. I'm good with communication and understanding others. I'm flexible and open-minded. I do keep my morals on the check, though.

Please tell us, Micah, how do you prioritise work, social life, friends, and family?

I make sure I'm ok, first. If I'm not ok, I can't help my family or my friends, or my job. No, I'm not selfish with it. But I know I only have me at the end of the day. Otherwise, I'm organized with my time management. It took a lot of practice, but I'm good to go now these days concerning my work and family and partner.

Micah, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.

I've put myself in their shoes first, and understand their perspective, and I respectfully ask them to put themselves in my shoes and see where I come from. Most of the time, it works, and they understand and go along with it.

Micah, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model.

I attended my first runway show in Hollywood. I was nervous and excited. I met so many wonderful people I still keep connected. With this day!

Micah, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?

When I host my recruit meetups, it's exciting to meet upcoming artists and models, what's difficult is when I have to sift through the flaky people. I don't like flaky; it shows me a lot of character in who a person is.

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?

Love yourself first. It's the most unconditional love you can ever receive.
