Fashion Stylist

I believe in exploring trends and followings. Clients must feel like themselves but with my unique twist on their wardrobes, which will create a different ecstatic for their wardrobes. I use emerging designers over Luxury/contemporary names.

Mason, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Fashion Stylist?

My passion/aspiration is fashion, as to me, it is art and inspires the world around us or takes in the world around us into a more physical form. I started in design, as I was studying realized my passion for styling a whole look over creating a collection of my point of view.

Who is your inspiration in life mason? How do you stay inspired as a Fashion Stylist?

My inspiration in life is Alexander McQueen; his genius keeps me inspired, same with how he viewed the world of fashion. Colour outside the lines of the fashion guideline and change the view on fashion.

We all make mistakes mason; we wish we could take back. What was the mistake you made in the past that you wish you can take back?

Id change known as the built the man I am today.

Mason, How do you describe yourself in terms of working with clients?

Fun, down to earth and caring. They are my muses and friends.

Please tell us, Mason, how do you prioritise work, social life, friends, and family?

Well, its a day by day task. Sometimes work takes over and others it doesn't, but life gets busy to try to live at your fullest and accept how things flow.

Mason, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.

On a creative project for a magazine submission, the photographer and I didn't see eye to eye with pulling them aside and explaining my point of view, trying to understand theirs. When finding out where we both saw the shoot direction, we collaborated on what we both wanted but made it into the shoot theme that was planned.

Mason, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Fashion Stylist.

Vogue Italia editorial and my client is on the front blog page of Toronto Fashion Week.

Mason, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?

Every-time I get to be creative, and every time it is truly exciting as well difficult. Art isn't easy to create, but the outcome is truly exciting for all and yourself.

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Fashion Stylist?

Work Hard, Try everything, make mistakes, and be true to your fashion identity.
