Firstly, how would you best describe yourself?
Curious...Chewbacca. After lunch.
Tell us ABOUT yourself.
I just came back from a road trip with my brother. We´ve been to a few festivals in Long Beach and set off to a west coast trip through the canyons. It was dope. I got involved into acting a while ago. An art form where you give out information about various experiences by expressing it through a character you´ve been entrusted with. Just like real life except that you have a camera pointed to your face everytime you say or do something and regular meetings with interesting people once you´ve figured out who you are.
Our readers would love to get to know you more. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?
I´m a regular guy.
What are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model/Actor?
I was scouted by a modeling agent a while back. Later on I decided to give acting a shot.
Who is your inspiration in life ? How do you keep inspired?
I get inspired by raw things. There is beauty in imperfection.
We all make mistakes; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model/Actor; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I once missed a casting because I decided to run instead of taking the metro. The metro won.
When you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model/Actor, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?
You usually get to spent quite some time with the people you are working with on a project. You elaborate on stuff and do your research. Listening enables you to sense and comprehend their vision. Gut instinct and an intrinsic interest in approaching a few things from a new angle.
Please tell us, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model/Actor?
I ´ve always felt drawn to evolve and learn. There are so many factors involved in the equation that eventually it all boils down to just doing it. You got to trust your gut instinct.
Please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
We were at Starbucks during a lunch break when a few working collegues tried to persuade me to go hit the gym with them instead. They failed miserably.
Please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model/Actor. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
Probably a Wallmart spread or something. The proudest moment I ´ve had was when I dropped out of high school and threw my luggage out the window just before I had to take on my first flight to a far off place for a job. A fashion campaign that rolled in at that time. It was my first job and I arrived there with nothing but my balls in my hands. That very job turned out to get me going for quite some time until they began flying in more frequently. I was fortunate enough to have met and work with incredible people whom I´ve learned - and still learn a lot from. I figured that traveling has a habit of supplying you with experiences that generate growth if you put in the effort.
Please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I got to change a couple of things around in regards to how I prepared for my role in Goitaca. I took off to live with a few tribes in the jungle before filming started. When I first tried to find some access points in Ecuador to do so - most recommended me to immediatly give up on the idea of doing so whilst pointing out various risk factors involved. Luckily I managed to find a way in and ended up amongst a few tribes deep in the jungle. I was exhausted once I arrived but boy it was worth it.There is a vast amount of life in the jungle. I appreciated the silence . The presence of its diverse inhabitants forces you to go within and you learn to trust your gut. After a while your senses begin to grasp every moment in its entirety. My attention span increased and my hearing abilities developed some strange sort of detecting capabillities in regards to my environment. I began using other forms of communication that proofed themselves to be more effective given my circumstances at that time. It was interesting to go through a first hand experience on how quickly we can adapt and get used to new circumstances as a species. A month later when I arrived on set in Brazil I was all ready to go. It´s definitly been a huge learning curve.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model/Actor?
In terms of advice...well...no matter what...do you...and don´t mind what anyone else thinks.
