I like to think that I’m a calm and patient person who strives to get the best out of an image and get the right look for a shot in the hand. Also, it also helps that you build a relationship with your model which is very important, ‘’in my eyes’’.This because they do not know you well enough, it’s the first time you're meeting them (so first impressions count). Also, you want you to make them feel at ease, making the shoot as fun as possible for them and also you.By doing all of this will help get recommendations from the model, hopefully, shoot with the model again if they would like to work with you again.
Lloyd, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Photographer?
As photography runs in three generations of my family, I guess this how I got started within photography having a strong passion for taking beautiful pictures capturing that moment of life and being a part of it makes me excited to know that I was there to share that at that moment and took that shot. From seeing other photographers with great photos, I know it’s a big competition out there so I aspire to continue with my photography and to be the best that I can and keep on shooting. It doesn’t matter if someone doesn’t like one of your photos. However, the next person might like that photo at the end of the day some photos are not for everyone.
Who is your inspiration in life Lloyd? How do you keep inspired?
my inspiration is my dad, getting the feedback from people about my photos keeps in inspired
We all make mistakes Lloyd; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Photographer; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Was on a shoot and unfortunately the batteries my camera ran out so I had to end the shoot early, as you can probably tell at this point I was not happy disappointed with myself. As I had a good relationship with the model, we quickly arranged another shoot together.
Lloyd, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Photographer, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
When working with some clients, think it 's best to speak to the main person at the start let them know what is going to happen throughout the day, also make a list of things that you will want to shoot, I give my self a window of 15 - 20 minutes.
Please tell us, Lloyd, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Photographer?
when I am done a wedding, the client does not want to wait around months for the work, so I give my self a deadline of when I have to finish the final photos, take my work with me where I go
lloyd, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
By having taking control of things, and speaking up about how you want certain things to be

Yes, there are probably too many moments to mention. However, one that will probably stick with me is making my dream of a photographer become alive and people giving great feedback.
Lloyd, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
when doing a photo shoot, I always try to be creative with my shots; I find it fun and exciting if I find it difficult I try again with it on the next shoot
