Lexy. Tell us ABOUT yourself.
I am very outgoing and have always aspired to get into the modeling industry. I've always worked in retail and around fashion. I would love an opportunity to get myself out there into the modeling world!
I also love photography, I've done a lot of my own photo shoots!

Our readers would love to get to know you more Lexy. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

One super unique thing about me is that I was adopted from Russia when I was one year old! I look identical to my adoptive parents so not many people believe me when I tell them that I was from another country.

Lexy, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

My passion and aspirations in life are to help people. I have had a difficult past and I would love to use my voice to help other people stay strong. I've never really had an actual modeling gig. I've always just had friends use me as practice with their photography.

Who is your inspiration in life Lexy? How do you keep inspired?

My inspiration is Demi Lovato. Her and I have been through very similar things and experienced very similar hard ships and she's been the reason I've made it this far in life. She keeps me going.
I keep inspired by just remembering that life goes on. These hard times will pass and the light at the end of the tunnel will come. I just have to be patient and surround myself with positive people and influences. I need to reach out when I need help instead of keeping it a secret. Things will get better, I just need to sit tight and wait it out. It will not last forever.

We all make mistakes Lexy, we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Model , you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
The biggest challenges I've had it people saying mean things. Some of the times, I have talked back to them instead of just letting it go and I truly regret that. I went down to their level and I looked silly because of it.

Lexy ,when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

I work with people who have my best interest at heart. People that will respect me and my values. People that want to make sure I'm ok and not being unhealthy. Also, if I'm doing a photoshoot and I want my pictures to get out to a big population, I'm going to work with the clients that have a bigger audience rather than a smaller one.

Please tell us Lexy, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

My biggest struggle is time management. I tend to procrastinate and then I end up stressed because I'm trying to get 20 things done at once. What's really helped me is keeping a planner with me and writing literally everything down. All the way down to when I went grocery shopping.

Lexy, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
The way I get people to see my way and see my perspective on things is by just talking with them. It makes a huge difference when you actually talk to someone rather than talk at them. Tell them you understand where they're coming from, therefore you would like to be heard out as well. People will treat you better and with more respect if you treat them like humans as well. Everyone just wants to be heard.

Lexy please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share to everyone. What is it and why?
My proudest moment was when someone told me I reminded them of Grace Kelly. I was shocked because she is the most classy, graceful, and beautiful woman there is. I was at a loss for words honestly..

Lexy, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
The most creative I've been was doing my own photoshoot. Including taking the pics AND posing for them.

What advice would you give to the people who wants to be successful as a Model?

Keep pushing forward and don't give up. Put your pics on Instagram and come up with clever captions and hashtags. Don't give up!!
