Our readers would love to get to know you more Lawrence. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?
I see a beauty in the engineering of all things visual, the process of becoming great gives a better story.
Lawrence, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Photographer?
Truthfully my passion is to live and prosper, but there is something about life that causes me to take notice of creation. I started out a year ago almost as a soldier who during training wanted to capture visuals.
Who is your inspiration in life Lawrence? How do you keep inspired?
My inspiration is my family, sounds "cliche", but not just the family I have now, the family I may have in the future I want to leave something behind to touch them.
We all make mistakes Lawrence, we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Photographer, you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I am competitive so one mistake I had was trying to match a fellow photographer, skill levels were about the same but me trying to match him I ended up not being able to capture my vision
Lawrence, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Photographer, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?
First come first serve, there are going to be times where people are going to use their status to get things but everybody is human.
Please tell us Lawrence, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Photographer?
New York City daylight can be tricky sometimes, during shoots I often have to maximize efficiency to get as much natural lighting as possible.
Lawrence, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
A model didn't like the way her body was positioned so I have to finesse the situation with my jennesequa of the camera and make it look amazing she ended up liking the turnout'
Lawrence, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Photographer. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
My proudest moment would have to be when the Instagram page for this site contacted me personally and told me I should submit made my day.
Lawrence, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I shot for this clothing brand called millennial, and the director allowed me full creative reign it made the situation easy and hard because I had freedom but also had to be responsible for any mistakes I make in the setting I chose!
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Photographer?
Get out there and do it, don't constantly think about the end goal enjoy the process enjoy the social aspect of photography, you can make someone smile by showing them they are worthy of your time and camera!
