From a physical stance, the obvious feature would be my red hair. It's always been unique and sadly as a child was bullied because of it. I used to dye it every color other than red, but I finally grew to accept and love it. I wouldn't change it for the world.
Otherwise, I would say a unique characteristic would be my obsession with science fiction and horror....it's quite strange

Katrina, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

I started as a model at the age of 15. I was discovered in my hometown of Mandan ND. Modelling has been my dream since I can remember. However, some life and medical circumstances prevented me from modelling for years. I finally recovered and got the chance to model again. I love every second of it.

Who is your inspiration in life Katrina? How do you keep inspired?

Inspirational people are all around me. My mother is one of the strongest women I know — my grandfather and what he did for our country. My work colleague and best friend inspired me to be a better person every day. It's all in how you look at life.

We all make mistakes Katrina; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.

There's only one time I can recall. It was one of my first big bookings for a national retail company. I could tell I wasn't giving what the client wanted, but she would not provide any direction. I wish I would have left my comfort zone and done something crazy! I dislike letting people down so that one stuck out in my head haha

Katrina, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?

This is easy! Working in extremely high stress and high demanding situations in HR this is a piece of cake. I'm ultimately selling a product and need to satisfy the client. If I like the result is irrelevant. I am the blank canvas :)

Please tell us, Katrina, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

Every single shot. Nobody is perfect, and I have flaws just like everyone else. I have to accept those flaws and practice in order to get the best result with the smallest amount of time and edits. Mentally and emotionally get into a character from time to time. It's a challenge, but it makes it fun

Katrina, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.

I love this! I have to do this all the time working with physicians and photographers. Persuasion is simple if you have the knowledge and the spirit to back it up.

Katrina, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?

My initial reaction was going to be Audi - because that was so cool! But the more I thought about it I have to say it was a much smaller job. I started modelling for a lady who just opened an online boutique. Over a period of six months modelling on and off her online store became a physical store. And then shortly after that, it became a huge store in Denver CO. I was so happy for her and so proud to be a part of it.

Katrina, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?

There was a shoot I did where I was Wearing a heavy headpiece, sunglasses, high heels, no top, and was in the dark with fog/smoke and loud music. And I had About a 3-foot space to work in. Talk about getting creative!

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?

Embrace who you are and commit to everything with confidence. Go out of your comfort zone but always be a professional. Overall have fun and enjoy the ride!

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?

Yes! I'm open to a variety
