My name is Jenni Fischer, and I come from a small town in southern Wisconsin. Something unique and different about me is that I love to have a voice and talk about what is important to me in a creative way. I love making people smile and have a better day overall. I may be small, but I have a big personality. I love comedy, talking to people, and working with loads of people. Overall I am a very optimistic person and look forward to my future within the industry!
Jenni, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as Influencer?
My main passions and aspirations in life are to make a difference and overall allowing people to be themselves and be comfortable at the same time. I started doing this because I realised throughout school it is very hard for some kids to grasp who they are as a person and style is one of the best ways to show who you are and what you are interested in. I am passionate about people being themselves because it allows everyone to see that different is good and normal is boring.
Who is your inspiration in life Jenni? How do you stay inspired as an Influencer?
My inspiration in life would be my mother. She has set aside a life to have three loving children and not chase her dreams, and I feel that she pushes me enough to know that just because she didn't get to do why she wanted doesn't mean that I can't. I keep inspired by constantly having an open mind and always trying to expirence new things and places. Overall, I stay inspired by the little things in life.
We all make mistakes Jenni; we wish we could take back. What was the mistake you made in the past that you wish you can take back?
My biggest mistake I have ever made would be believing I am not good enough. I find this as a major mistake because I never really knew what it was like to be loved or accomplish things because I was bullied in school and overall alone at home. But eventually, I realised that there is nobody like me and I need to stand back and reflect on who I am. Overall, I wish I could take this back because I feel as though if I lived myself as I did now when I was little I could have done so much more than what I have already done.
Jenni, How do you describe yourself in terms of working with clients?
I would say I am open minded and engaged when working with clients. I care about their opinions because they are only pushing me to do better and want me to improve so I can overall succeed more. I also love meeting new people and working with their creative lifestyles.
Please tell us, Jenni, how do you prioritise work, social life, friends, and family?
The family is always first because without family I wouldn't be where I am today. Second is work because work is nessecary to succeed in life. And tied for third is friends and social life because all though they are important I know I can always balance them into my schedule to see them and catch up.
Jenni, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
One way I helped persuade someone to see how I believe something should work my way is when during the holidays at work we only had a few cash registers open, so I opted to ask one of the Managers to teach me how to do the register. At first, they were hesitant but once I got them to realise service would be better and more efficient if one more register were open. It was a success of persuading.
Jenni, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as an Influencer.
One of my proudest professional accomplishments as an influencer is an anti bullying campaign I implaced at my school to make the environment and overall happier and safer place for kids to come and learn and not have to worry about being picked on every day.
Jenni, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
One way I was able to be creative with my work was when I was all by myself trying to do all the stores work when normally two people would be there. I had to be creative but also sufficient and rely on myself to get all my work done on time. I came up with a creative sorting method for the load. At first, it was difficult to come up with how the system was going to work with everything else I had to do, but once I got to it I even got out early!
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as an Influencer?
My advice would be to stay grounded, stay humble, and just be yourself.
I am having a hard time uploading; please email me for pictures. Thank you!
