Our readers would love to get to know you more Jeffrey. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?
I am unique because I come from a broken home background and have managed to create a life and career for myself. I am easily relatable to the readers because I’m not from a perfect childhood and I have had to suffer a lot of trauma to get to where I am today.
Jeffrey, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
My passion is healthcare and providing care for other. My other passion is working with non-profits and creating a better life for those who have diversity and those who live in minorities. I started as a model one day doing an underwear shoot for myself and ever since I have been doing my shoots.
Who is your inspiration in life Jeffrey? How do you keep inspired?
My inspiration is my Nana. My nana was a gorgeous woman who showed everlasting compassion, equality and confident.
We all make mistakes Jeffrey; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Not as a model but as an activist I have made decisions that are not the best ones with my actions, and I wish I would have thought more appropriately, but I didn’t. From that mistake, I have learned a lot about my actions and learned to evaluate every decision and the word I say.
Jeffrey , when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?
When prioritizing it is important to ensure you follow your calendar. Don’t double book clients and if you have them back to back remember each client is judging you and your actions will leave you with more bookings or in the street with no castings.
Please tell us, Jeffrey , about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model?
I have to be very strategic in my daily job. Daily I have several tasks, employees and patient to satisfy. It is important to address each party appropriately and politely as well as timely.
Jeffrey, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
I have been able to pursuance someone in my work. I am known to be very thorough quick and efficient in my job. When training new employees, it is easy for me to persuade them into doing it my way.
Jeffrey, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
As a model, I have one. As a model, I have been not plus size, but I have some extra skin and being able to show topless unfiltered pictures of myself has inspired others to take a chance and be confident!
Jeffrey, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I can be creative with my male performances. I get to pick the music the costumes and the routine. It is both exciting and difficult because you want it to be perfect and look good which is difficult but you are excited to show everyone!
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
Be yourself! They will love you for being yourself and not someone you think they want you to be. Beauty knows no size colour or age remember that.
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state what type of collaboration you are looking for?
I would be interested in doing several collaboration and even being a brand ambassador.
