As a model, athlete, and upcoming entrepreneur I am also an advocate for self care and fitness. I plans on building my career and networks as well as empowering and helping individuals on my journey. As an athlete, I have been body shamed for looking "too big" and "too manly" because of my muscles and body type. I am now determined to change women's body image and expectancies within the modeling and film industry. I hope to make an impact as well and empowering others with my movement.

Our readers would love to get to know you more Indira . Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

My name! Throughout my life my name has been in the spotlight. Indira means "beauty" in Sanskrit. This is another name of Lakshmi, the Hindu goddess of prosperity, good luck, and beauty.

Indira , what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

I started modeling at 13 and have stuck with it. As a young girl before modeling I was never confident in front of a camera or even taking pictures with friends. I made a decision to face my fears and be on camera all the time and I love it! A strong passion I have is teaching self care and confidence to women and men all over the globe. I want to be able to help people become their authentic selves.

Who is your inspiration in life Indira ? How do you keep inspired?

My mother! She is the most magnificent woman who I am so fortunate to share this life and connection with and gaining inspiration from her never ceases!

We all make mistakes Indira , we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Model , you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I am really bad at time management. I can never reply to everyone's requests or questions and sometimes it leaves me feeling guilty. I always seem to make the best out of the situation though!

Indira  ,when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

I categorize each client based on the request so i can work with one group at a time instead of bouncing all around between subjects.

Please tell us Indira , about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

I meet every priority but also stay very true to myself at the same time. This indeed can be difficult at times, I make it work though!

Indira , please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.

Indira please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share to everyone. What is it and why?
One of my proudest moments was when a girl made my first fan page on Instagram. I was so touched because what I am doing and promoting is affecting lives and it makes infinitely happy!

Indira , please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
Being creative is definitely my favorite part! Every job/shoot is different and it is exciting in the very best way.

What advice would you give to the people who wants to be successful as a Model?

My advice is to put yourself out there and run with it. Being a model takes consistency and lots of self love in every situations. Being able to take rejection professionally instead of personally is a huge tip.

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
Yes! I'm always open to new collaborations!
With my athletic background Im open to the fitness industry as well. I would like to work with as many people/ brands as i can!

Now for the best part Indira ! Please upload 5-10 photos so we can get to see your work.
