I started photography in 1996 with a film camera and graduated to digital in 2001. Started learning Photoshop from version 1.0 on my own. I love Fashion, Studio & Landscape photography.

Our readers would love to get to know you more Inderjeet. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

I'm spontaneous and ideas come to me on the fly during photoshoots.

Inderjeet, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Photographer?

My passion is photography and aspiration is to become one of the best photographers in the world

Who is your inspiration in life Inderjeet? How do you keep inspired?

My inspiration is life itself, every moment is worth treasuring and I try living it. Whether it's nature, people, animals, lights etc., everything around inspires me and I try to capture the moment through my lens

We all make mistakes Inderjeet, we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Photographer , you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
During a collaborative photoshoot, one of my colleagues was trying to use all the time himself and not allowing me to take the shots. I realized that I had to be more organised in letting him know that each of us have x no. shots for x time in the photoshoot and we should not be stepping on each other's shoes.

Inderjeet ,when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Photographer, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

I always have a defined schedule for the clients including he delivery of the pictures. If there is an urgent requirement which is not avoidable, I apologize and inform about the change a few days in advance.

Please tell us Inderjeet, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Photographer?

I had a calendar shoot and a studio shoot the same day. The calendar shoot would take long as there were 3 girls , so I had to plan the shoot for 3/4 of the day and scheduled the studio shoot for the evening. I had organized a HMUA to reach the venue and start tworking on the Model while I travel to the studio after a quick meal break.

Inderjeet, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
During one of the studio shoots, I had an idea on the spot to do something different than the usual poses. I got the blank frame from my car and told the model to pose through it . I had to explain what I was trying to achieve and how well it's going to look once completed. She understood my idea and and I converted that into the 3D image as seen on the website.

Inderjeet please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Photographer. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share to everyone. What is it and why?
My proudest moment was when 2 of my pictures got selected by a magazine. But, the magazine delayed the process by 6 months and I ended up publishing the pics on my website.

Inderjeet, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
During one of the Fashion runaway shoots I had to get some unique pic of the models. I got half of model's face in the frame and the other models standing behind for a bokeh effect. It was the best shot of the photoshoot and was apprecited by the entire crew.

What advice would you give to the people who wants to be successful as a Photographer?

Plan ahead, Visit the spot where the photoshoot will happen, compose the picture in the mind and leave some room for instant creative ideas on the spot. Help each other in collaborative shoot, share and learn from each other.
