Jennifer please tell us your talent/work rate per hour?

JENNIFER. Tell us ABOUT yourself.
I studied makeup in Lyon, France and I went to Paris right away to work as a freelance makeup artist. I always knew that I wanted to work in makeup, so I was very determined and focused on my goal. In Paris, during 12 years, I worked for fashion, television and movies, I love to keep things interested nd not always to do the same thing. It's also a great way to continue to move forward especially as a makeup artist; there is always a new trend or a new product to discover. I decided to move to London this September and start over. I'm exciting to see what this city has to offer

Our readers would love to get to know you more JENNIFER. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

I love natural makeup, and I love working on skins and make it look like there is Nothing there! I think you have to see the person and not the makeup

JENNIFER, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Make-up Artist?

Younger, there was a magazine that I loved to read where you can see an amazing makeover, the before and after was very impressive and I wanted to be able to do the same. After I discover about Pat Mc Grath and Fred Farrugia, two very talented makeup artist that I still look up to.

Who is your inspiration in life JENNIFER? How do you keep inspired?

Strong women! Such as Madonna, Eva Longoria or Helena Rubinstein

We all make mistakes JENNIFER; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Make-up Artist; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I don't think about Something specific right now, but I remember not taking advice so well when I first started, and I should have been more humble

JENNIFER , when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Make-up Artist, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

Try to listen to what the client wants and always take time to do the complexion right because everything will look better after even if I only take 2 minutes to do it

Please tell us JENNIFER, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Make-up Artist?

Sometimes the Schedule can be very busy, and you can't-do everything so it is very important to have colleague you can trust to do their best when they cover for you

JENNIFER, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
Sometimes photographers don't know much about makeup and always ask for the same thing (nude lips and smoky eyes for example), so it's great when you convince him to trust your skills by showing him examples of your previous work than what you think can look great on pictures

JENNIFER, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Make-up Artist. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
One time we were supposed to be 2 make up artists for a video clip, and the 2d one never showed up. So I had to work double, and I manage o do everything right and on time! No one had the time to complain about anything, and I didn't make everyone late because of all the extra work I had to do.

JENNIFER, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
One time, the idea of the shooting change completely and I didn't bring all my kit with me, so I have to figure out other ways to do stuff with what I actually had, I think it turned out even better than if I had the right products and it is exactly what I love about makeup there is more than one way to do Something right

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Make-up Artist?

Be perseverant and never think that you know everything you need to do your work. Makeup is always evolving.

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
I am interested to work with photographers in London; it can be a collaboration (and not paid work) if it is going to be published.

Now for the best part JENNIFER! Please upload 5-10 photos so we can get to see your work.
