What's unique about me is that I was born with something called geographic tongue. I can't eat spicy or acidic foods without my tongue flaring up. As far as my services go, I always like to be silly at my photo shoots. Respectively, I am professional as well. I like to make myself and the photographers comfortable by bringing a smile to everyone's face.
Hannah, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as Model?
My passion in life is learning each day to love and accept myself even more than the day before. Self-love is something that not a lot know how to do, and I've been making it a point to teach myself body positivity while taking care of myself. I started modelling as an outlet to push myself out of my comfort zone, and it has since been a great way for me to relax and express myself.
Who is your inspiration in life Hannah? How do you stay inspired as a Model?
My inspiration in life is my sister, Whitney. She's always been so passionate about everything she's done in her life. She is always there when I need someone to talk to, and she has always told me to chase my dreams, so her having faith in me has helped keep me inspired.
We all make mistakes Hannah; we wish we could take back. What was the mistake you made in the past that you wish you can take back?
One mistake I made was choosing my father over my mother. When I was 13, my parents battled for custody of me, and I wanted to live with my dad because I'd only known him as the "fun weekend parent." A year later I came back to my mom, but I wish I could take back the year with my father.
Hannah, How do you describe yourself in terms of working with clients?
I'm always fun and energetic at my photo shoots.
Please tell us, Hannah, how do you prioritise work, social life, friends, and family?
The first thing is work, mainly because I have to pay bills somehow. Next is family and friends, because without them I wouldn't be where I am today. Last comes social media, because I used to spend too much time on social media and not enough time with those around me.
Hannah, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
Often I've had to deal with not so friendly managers. One manager yelled at a customer one day, and they had corporate called on them. I informed them that they cop an attitude for no reason with most of the customers, and while they continued being rude to customers, they did acknowledge that I was right.
Hannah, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model.
One of my most significant accomplishments has been getting accepted to compete for the cover of Inked Magazine. I may not win, but just being part of the competition is a huge step for me.
Hannah, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
During one of my recent photo shoots, I was able to do a bikini shoot. I had a lot of fun getting to swim around and get my hair wet; it made for some fun photos. However, halfway through the shoot, I got a piece of glass stuck in the bottom of my foot, which made the rest of the shoot difficult.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
Be persistent. Modelling contracts don't happen overnight, and won't happen at all if you don't put effort into it. Love what you're doing, or you'll be unhappy with the choice you made.
