Our readers would love to get to know you more Gautam. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

Worked as a documentary photographer (National Geographic) then came to Canada to study at Humber college, where I ended up teaching after two years of graduating. Mixing my documentary photography and film making my life is about creating authentic story that aim to connect with viewers. 

Gautam, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Creative Agency?

Started 1 year ago, started a project called Words of Wisdom which interviewed a barber, photographer and chef on the wisdom that they have gained in life. After editing the project I approached brands and business to create similar content and haven't looked back. Worked with City Of Toronto and other media agencies such as Motion and Still and their client Porsche. 

Who is your inspiration in life Gautam? How do you keep inspired?

Authentic, telling stoires and speaking and finding your voice. I love how the adverting world works and human behaviour. Learning system gives you an understanding how the world around us is constructed. 

We all make mistakes Gautam, we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Creative Agency , you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
No regrets, life is changing, we are changing and aren't just one person. Your not the same person when hungry. 

Gautam ,when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Creative Agency, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

Their is a system called "Sprinting" that my friend introduced me to. Where you focus on one task at a time, sole in that. You take 30 mins spirits, it's helped me a lot. Mediate and learn to control your emotions. The world tries to distract us. 

Please tell us Gautam, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Creative Agency?

Everyday you have to battle what is important, you just focus on one task at a time. School tries to brain wash you into thinking that you can do multiple things at one time, you can't the human mind doesn't work that way.

Gautam, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
We live in a visual time which is amazing, by showing your demo reel and your website you are showing rather then telling. These day it's better to let things speaks for themselves then give insight. We were bombarded with context before now we want to take things in and hear story behind it, we want insight. Consumers are much smarter now. 

Gautam please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Creative Agency. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share to everyone. What is it and why?
Working with the City Of Toronto. I came to this country as a immigrant. To work with the city is my proudest moment. My grandfather was a diplomat for the Goverment and in my way it's me paying homage to the great man. 

Gautam, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
You have to be in the moment, beauty is a fleeting moment. When you look back, your just framing that one moment. 

What advice would you give to the people who wants to be successful as a Creative Agency?

Create stuff your proud off, go off the grid and master one thing. When you learn to master one thing you can master many things. You need to speak your own voice and by putting out work that you feel represents you. Your attract the right people, appeal to the weird people, normal people are boring.
