I'm a very passionate Model I love challenges, and I'm also very competitive.
Gaffar, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
My passion is to be a Super Model. I dream about it a lot, and I am not going to stop until my dream comes through. I started as a Model In a High school where to learn a lot about the runway.
Who is your inspiration in life Gaffar? How do you keep inspired?
Naomi Campbell, Because she has been in the industry for so long and that goals. I look up to her a lot.
We all make mistakes Gaffar; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Back in college, we needed a King for the modelling team, so I was nominated I went for the interview, and I didn't get the position, so I left the organisation. I wish I would have stayed to help the other models with their walk. The following year the organisation was banned
Gaffar, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
Professionalism is the key! I'm always conscious of my client needs. When I am a photo shoot or a fashion show I am not thinking about anything but that. Therefore I don't disappoint my client, because I want to be retained. If they have more service, they would be able to get in contact with me with no hesitation.
Please tell us Gaffar, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?
I always prioritise myself. I utilise my time properly. When I was looking for a photographer for shoots I made sure I organised my calendar accordingly so punctual for the shoot.
Gaffar, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
I use to work for Verizon FiOS, We are contractors who market for Verizon the goal is to become a Manager. One day was interviewing a newly hired employee I broke the job description down and made it more understandable two weeks later she personally recruited three more employees.
Gaffar, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
Going to NYFW that was a short-term goal for me, because that's just the beginning
Gaffar, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
Recently I was walking at a fashion show and a photo shoot at the same time. The show wasn't has organised I took the initiative to help figure out the How to runway would be including and also conducting the rehearsal and helping the other model with their walk.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
Chase your dream. Nothing comes easy in life, as a model there is much competition, but you have to find what works best for you and stick with it. It will help you in the long run.
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state what type of collaboration you are looking for?
