All my friends know me for having my phrases such as 'treat yourself' and just always giving off a positive vibe.
Faris, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
Over the years I've always stepped in front of the camera on various student projects with doing media always needed a model in front of the camera. So back in 2014, I thought why not try this seriously and started organising my modelling shoots.
Who is your inspiration in life Faris? How do you keep inspired?
My Dad, been through the worst with this man but have always bounced back and I can't get inspired enough by his will not to give up.
We all make mistakes Faris; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Discussing ideas with a different picture both in mind and how to portray whereas we should have just both with the time we used to argue are points but just both set on what we like to make.
Faris, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
I do what's in my power and try to tackle off one problem at a time.
Please tell us, Faris, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?
Calendars are lifesavers, always keeps me on track as well as daily notes/tasks.
Faris, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
At university, after stating my points, I backed it up with previous examples showing that it was possible to create this way.
Faris, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
My proudest moment as a model, good question! If I had to choose one my first shoot just because it was taking that turning point in my life starting a new chapter as well as building my confidence.
Faris, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
Always creative with my work, it doesn't stop. As I'm dipping my hands in so many different skills, camera work, editing, fashion designing, modelling etc. I'm always getting to experience each fields different creative takes on the work at hand which means I have many influences coming from everywhere.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
Just go for it and don't black, can't knock something you haven't done before.
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state what type of collaboration you are looking for?
Yes, anything and everything. Interested in streetwear, fitness modelling, photographers, high street fashion and many more.
