Utilized the available contract for services that are available for doing work with a colleague
Eugene, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Fashion Stylist, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
In communication with each client. All clients needs vary. Knowing that one may change over another is common. With communication that becomes less of a concern. Learn to be fluid
Please tell us Eugene, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Fashion Stylist?
Many times there may be several fashion show productions going close to one another in time in various areas. Pulling garments from one show to another and keeping up with designers edits can become cumbersome. The closet you paying attention to the needs of the moments helps me in meeting top priorities as a fashion stylist
Eugene, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
Plus size gentleman was typically wearing the same style. I wanted to help him see that he looks great in other styles. Instead of forcing them out the box style first, I showed that in the middle. We secured a look he was comfortable with first then in his comfort of knowing we were able to try another style. In which he loved and decided to go with.
Eugene, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Fashion Stylist. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
My proudest moment was when my mother was able to attend an event for the first time. Cancer survivors charity event in which she had the best time ever.
Eugene, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
The excitement was due to being able to create and be free to express. The difficulty is doing all that and having to have other options about such work be known. You never really know how something will be received.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Fashion Stylist?
DO THE WORK... everything will not come easy. So not looking for the shortcut, but make sure the work is educational, beneficial and productive for the future you desire. Some of that may come free. Some of that may come at a cost.
