ABOUT

I specialize in Portraits, Beauty and Fashion Photography. As a photographer and makeup artist, I use a critical eye to retouch and improve each photo in post-processing to create the perfect high-quality image. My images have been published by Beauty and Fashion magazines as well as People Magazine and Huffington Post.

Our readers would love to get to know you more Elenna. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

I grew up in Europe, and I've always had a passion for makeup and fashion. I got my first DSLR camera in 2008, and I have been taking photos every since, constantly growing and striving for perfection in each shot I take.

Elenna, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Photographer?

I grew up with an innate talent for colour and design, being involved in painting and drawing at an early age. I was professionally trained by Giulia Nahmany & Fleurimon Paris Makeup Academy in 2008, and I have perfected my skills across Europe and The United States of America. I discovered my passion for photography when I started taking photos of my makeup work. I wanted to capture every detail and create beautiful imagery. It didn't take long for my career to take a new direction, currently specializing in beauty and fashion photography.

Who is your inspiration in life Elenna? How do you keep inspired?

I read a lot of beauty and fashion magazines, and I like networking with other talented individuals in the industry.

We all make mistakes Elenna; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Photographer, you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.

I am usually very open to new ideas and direction, even though sometimes I don't agree with my entire team. I never have any issues with my colleagues because I am willing to compromise here and there.

Elenna , when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Photographer, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

I like to be on a schedule, so I make deadlines to make sure everything gets done in a timely fashion.

Please tell us Elenna, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Photographer?

I usually am very strategic with all my projects.

Elenna, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.

I have a very good eye, so all it takes is to take a couple of shots and explain my vision. I am open to suggestions though so that always helps to get the right images.

Elenna, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Photographer. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?

It's hard to select just one moment. One of my favourite shots has made it on the cover of a beauty magazine, and I am very proud of that, knowing that I directed, styled, did the makeup and photography for that shoot.

Elenna, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?

I like to get creative in my work, so I am always on the lookout for new ways to incorporate color and texture. It's both fun and difficult to make mood boards that accurately present your vision.

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Photographer?

Don't be afraid to try new things and get out of your comfort zone.

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?

I like to collaborate with new models, stylists and brands.
