I am a creative person and like being in public. I always want to achieve more results. I am doing organising events, dancing, acting, modelling, blogging. Everything is interesting for, and I would love to work in show-business
Ekaterina, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Creative Director?
My passion in life is creation. Extraordinary things inspire me. I started organising events at the school. I felt that I am able to do this well. In university, I began to organise parties and then creative business space invited me for the job.
Who is your inspiration in life Ekaterina? How do you keep inspired?
Firstly, my family is my inspiration. My parents are successful people, and they taught me to achieve results. Secondly, I always look for outstanding successful people and become inspired by them.
We all make mistakes Ekaterina; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Creative Director; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Once we were partners with one successful businessman, and we organised an event in our creative space together. The first event was great, but then I insisted on sharing income 50%/50 %, he didn't agree and decided to organise this event separately. Now I understand that we could solve this problem another way and continue the partnership
Ekaterina, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Creative Director, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
I always tried to satisfy all clients' need, but I felt more liking to more creative and outstanding people, who desired to make the beneficial partnership
Please tell us, Ekaterina, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Creative Director?
I always knew that creation is one of a source of getting inspiration and money.
Ekaterina, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
One time we had just one free office in our creative space and my manager was sure that we had to take a tenant who would pay us more money, but I persuaded her to take tenant who was more creative because it could attract the interest of other people to our space
Ekaterina, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Creative Director. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
That was one of my first event "Business markets", and my boss didn't believe that I could show results. After the event, our tenants came to me and were grateful, because they had new clients after this market and my boss awarded me. I was very proud
Ekaterina, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I always look for creative people, with whom we can make a partnership. The difficulties were the first time because I was scared to connect with very successful people. I didn't have confidence
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Creative Director?
You should always visit any different events and don't be afraid to connect with interesting people. Then you can find new ideas
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
I am looking for exciting public constant work with flex.
