About: I'm studying economics in the heart of Switzerland. Therefore I see a good day for the client as a good day for me too. Success is the key!
Which part of my body is the most attractive one? I'd say my brain. I speak five languages fluently and am eager to learn and contribute.
Over a year ago a few friends and eventually a photographer in Sydney encouraged me to start modelling. I got my portfolio shot at a nice set and moved to London to present myself. There I got signed up at Models 1. Later that year I changed to Visage International in Zurich as I started my studies and now I'm back in England, Bristol with 25 Model Management.
That's where I met the most enthusiastic booker I've ever come across, C... not sure if she'd like me to mention her name here, so we'll just call her Carlita. She's working on my career and giving me a head start trying to make placements for me.
Abroad, everything's about Swiss Time and me eas lucky enough to grow up with it. My background being Portuguese and Turkish gives me an insight into different cultures and their unique way of communicating through gestures. I believe that's an advantage for me to master the quick change of emotion change on set.
Tell us something about yourself. What you do, passion and aspiration in life?
I'm a keen sportsman and have the fantasy of a toddler.
I love happiness I mean, who doesn't? But I try everyday to keep it up - I'm an optimist!
Who is your inspiration in life? How do you keep inspired?
One of my favourite quotes is:
You can either have excuses, or you can have results, but you cannot have both. Love and agree with it.
What is your aspiration in life?
I believe the only thing that's gonna matter when you're taking the last few breaths you'll ever take is: "Was I happy?". Therefore I base as many choices as I can on the possible outcome of pleasure.
What is the most challenging part of your profession?
We all make mistakes we wish we could take back. Tell me about a time you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.: Well you know I can be quite a stubborn person and instead of accepting critics on my personality and try to become a better person I just started arguing and criticised his personality too. Narrow-mindedness I'd say.
When you’re working with a large number of customers, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. How do you go about prioritising your customers’ needs?: What they key to this question is communication. If you and your customer and on the same page, you'll always get the right results.
Tell me about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities.
High School final exams maybe? I did strategically calculate how possible it was for which questions to be asked. So I only studied a number of them and hoped to be lucky enough to get asked the right questions. I got what I wanted in the end.
Give me an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
Oh, the last time was for a Magazine Shoot. The images should've looked very professional and believable, so somehow I persuade the stylists to get me a neat look because there was some kind of tension in between the photographer and the stylists.
Tell me about your proudest professional accomplishment.
So far I think it's an event I have worked for TOM FORD.
How old do you have to be before it can be said you died of old age?: Older than I'll ever get. Like seriously.
Do glow-in-the-dark objects stop glowing when somebody turns the lights on?
Do the lights go on if glow-in-the-dark objects start glowing?
If parents say, “Never take candy from strangers” then why do we celebrate Halloween?
There are so many things which don't make sense on earth. Celebrating a day of deads with sweets is one of them. How did we get here?!
If one man says, “it was an uphill battle,” and another says, “it went downhill from there,” how could they both be having troubles?: *laughing*
