What's unique about me is that I never received lessons on how to pose for pictures or how to walk the runway. It came naturally, and since I was about 2 years old, I was always attracted to style and beauty

Deayanie, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

My passion is to be the best model/actress that I can be
Since I was a baby, people would tell my mommy that I should be in magazines every time she would post my pictures on her facebook, so when I about 3 years old I started ballet lessons and I really enjoyed being in the spot light. So mom figured she should considered putting me in the business, I did my first photo shoot and loved everything about it. I did another photo shoot summer 2017 to prepare my portfolio, and from there went on my first casting in South Beach Miami.

Who is your inspiration in life Deayanie? How do you keep inspired?

My mommy is my inspiration, she is my number one supporter, and sacrifices a lot of her time and energy to keep focused on doing what I love. Mommy says that as long as I am happy with the fashion industry, she will keep up the sacrifice and keep pushing me to be the greatest

We all make mistakes Deayanie; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.

I got very upset with another model whom I felt was trying to walk me out a fashion show rehearsal and felt a little intimidated by her confidence with her walk. I almost wanted to cry, but I'm still learning, and mommy had a talk with me. She told me not to worry about what anyone else is doing or their style and to concentrate on what I can do. That everyone has their signature walk

Deayanie, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?

By treating all of them like priority

Please tell us Deayanie, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

By staying focused, taking direction and remembering that this is work not play even though I'm having fun

Deayanie, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.

When at rehearsal another model thought she was right about an instruction that was given to us. I had to tell her to trust that the steps down the pack and she should follow my lead

Deayanie, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?

My proud moment during casting is that I made a mistake and was still selected. So I will be walking in my 1st runway fashion show

Deayanie, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?

Went on another casting for a clothing line with (Royalty Brown ) I was asking to walk and growl like a monster down the, and I did very well. They loved it, so fingers crossed that I will get booked

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?

Study your craft, stay focused and always follow your dreams

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
