State / Region
I am from Antofagasta, Chile. The driest desert on earth. I have a strong Chilean accent that makes me unique. I am also a singer and actress.
Daniela, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
My passion is art, music and film. I started participating in ad campaigns in Chile.
Who is your inspiration in life Daniela? How do you keep inspired?
I am always looking for new opportunities and creating art.
We all make mistakes Daniela; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I had a colleague who was constantly molesting me. I had to work with him for several months. I should have spoken with the director earlier about it.
Daniela, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
I am always in communication with the director or producer to know exactly what they want and what they need from me for the shoot. That way I can give my best because I have clarity.
Please tell us, Daniela, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model?
I try to do as much as I can in advance to make things work on time. That means I know what the shooting about is. If I have lines, I learn it, and I am super prepared just to go and be directed. I always try to be ready with my makeup and clothes earlier. Which means I am always on set before my call time.
Daniela, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
I like to have table talks or coffee conversations before or after work that way we can talk about the work without interrupting in the middle of the shoot
Daniela, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
Being able to book a commercial in New York after a few months of finishing school. It meant a lot to me because trying to make things happen in another country can be double hard than on my own.
Daniela, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
It was exciting to be able to improvise and let my imagination flow. I liked that I had the freedom to go through my impulses and being spontaneous.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
Have fun in the process and eat healthily.
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state what type of collaboration you are looking for?
I would like to work on ad campaigns and publicity, photoshoots in magazines as a model.
