Initially, I took my studies and graduated in the medical field, but always had a passion for being a model. I decided to take full action on my modelling career in 2015. Since then, I have been apart of fashion shows, fashion video concepts and numerous photo shoots. I'm very outgoing, the camera loves me, and I work very well with others!
Our readers would love to get to know you more Cynthia. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?
I do what I love and love what I do. What makes me unique is my look, I love how an image is worth a thousand words. Although, I do believe that everyone is unique in their way with their distinctive looks.
Cynthia, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
For as long as I could remember I always wanted to be a model. As for many, life happened, so it took me a little longer than your normal teenager to start pursuing my modelling career. I feel no age is too old to chase your dreams.
Who is your inspiration in life Cynthia? How do you keep inspired?
My biggest inspiration I will have to say is my daughter. Although I am inspired by many in my city, as I have seen people come from absolutely nothing to being successful! My daughter keeps me inspired to keep going; I have to be the leading example that she needs in life.
We all make mistakes Cynthia; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Luckily in the last few years of being in the modelling field, I have not come across any instances where I made a mistake I wish I could take back.
Cynthia, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
I make sure to keep myself organise and prioritised so that way I may handle my all my responsibilities accordingly to their times.
Please tell us, Cynthia, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model?
As a model you get booked for multiple gigs, time management is key!
Cynthia, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
During a photo shoot I usually let the photographer do their thing, but one time I gave my input and ideas because a photo was not coming out to the photographers liking.
Cynthia, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
All of my moments are my proudest moments.
Cynthia, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
When I was in a fashion show and had to role play as a flight stewardess was a time I had to be creative as I had to act out roles as if we were really on an aeroplane.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?*
GO FOR IT! CHASE YOUR DREAMS!
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state what type of collaboration you are looking for?
