State / Region
I am interested in all parts of the fashion industry, not just the modeling part of it, which makes me very open to learning from the people I work with.
Cloe, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as Model?
I started modeling after I submitted my pictures to a local agency, and have been doing it for about six months now. My modeling goals include modeling for local clothing companies and eventually having my pictures featured in a magazine. I would love to be able to support myself through modeling but intend on doing it as a hobby either way.
Who is your inspiration in life Cloe? How do you stay inspired as a Model?
Other models inspire me. Especially local ones and other models at my agency. They are in a similar place as me and seeing them succeed me to work harder.
We all make mistakes Cloe; we wish we could take back. What was the mistake you made in the past that you wish you can take back?
I wish I had started modeling sooner.
Cloe, How do you describe yourself in terms of working with clients?
I am very open to suggestions and direction. I think it is important to be flexible, especially with paid jobs. The client is the one making the decision, so they must get images they are happy with.
Please tell us, Cloe, how do you prioritize work, social life, friends, and family?
Right now school is my number one priority, so I fit the other aspects of my life around it. I find that keeping a schedule on a calendar is helpful, and blocking out at least one day a week to do homework leaves other days open for modeling and social things.
Cloe, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
I was getting my hair done on a shoot, and it was not turning out well, so I had to tell the woman doing it that she needed to start over with a new style.
Cloe, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model.
When a local designer reached out to me to model for her look book.
Cloe, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I had to bring my clothing for a shoot, which was nice because I got to choose what I wanted to wear, but also difficult deciding on a look that would photograph well.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
Do a variety of creative shots to show how you can be diverse as a model.
