I am a visual artist; I studied photography, graphic design and fashion design. I am passionate about images. As a freelance photographer, my primary straight is a well-balanced combination of technical knowledge, experience, creativity and versatility.

Claude, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Photographer?

People are my number one inspiration. I love to sit in a cafe in the big downtown cities and look at people. I started photography a long time ago shooting on film and processing it in my darkroom. With the digital era, everything changed. I had to learn photography all over again witch is, in a sens, great to rediscover photography and learn how to improve and change images through photoshop.

Who is your inspiration in life Claude? How do you keep inspired?

For photography, I love studio next image ( for the fashion and image quality, I also am inspired and fascinated by the work of Peter Schafrick. My favourite fashion designer is older now; I like the French designer Claude Montana, Thierry Mugler. Jean-Paul Gauthier,

We all make mistakes Claude; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Photographer; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.

I take my work very seriously; I want people I work with to take it as seriously as I do. I once lost my patience with a make-up artist taking hours because she was talking too much and exchanging images and post on social media. I never hire or talk to her again

Claude, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Photographer, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?

I believe I am no exception... I try to give the best and equal services to all my clients. A difficult client that is not so nice to me does not get the best of me! I try to be nice! If you are nice to me, you will get more out of me.

Please tell us, Claude, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Photographer?

If I have a very difficult and demanding client and I am tight on time, I try to find a difficult question to ask the client so they may have to take a few days to answer, so I get more time.

Claude, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.

I think the best way to get people to listen to your ideas is to first listen to their ideas. I try to get exited about their ideas so they can listen to mine. When you create a creative atmosphere by listening to all the ideas, you will get better results.

Claude, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Photographer. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?

One of my first celebrity portrait/fashion session was with a signer. She is from Montreal, Canada and she was participating in The voice in France. She was invited on a very popular TV show in Quebec (TLMP) to talk about her experience. At that time her hair was bright red with and very special hair cut, I fell in love with her look. The next day I wrote to her on facebook, I told her I saw her on TV and fell in love with her look and ask if she wanted to do a photoshoot... She said yes!!!

Claude, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?

I have a client that wants to be creative with her fashion line but always come back to basic poses for the model. I do as she wants but at the same time do as I think is better. Once the shoot is over and I show my example she loved it, it was exciting to give to the client more than they expect.

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Photographer?

Shoot, shoot, shoot. Practice makes perfect.

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?

I am always interested in meeting new models to get a creative editorial photoshoot. I am looking for people who want to get creative and bring ideas, not just show up!
