Yes

Our readers would love to get to know you more Cierra. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

I consider myself unique because I'm trying to make my dream come true on my own. I have no Modeling coach or manager but I'm trying to make on my own. I have a unique personality and I try to betray that with my photos.

Cierra, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

I start modeling my freshman year of college. I have always wanted to be a model ever since I was so when I got to college we had an organization just for modeling & fashion. I thought it would be a great way to get me started and to step out of my comfort zone. My passion is modeling and love doing fashion shows because I have a very good walk if I do say so myself. I just want to be able to say that I made it doing something that I'm passionate about.

Who is your inspiration in life Cierra? How do you keep inspired?

My inspiration would definitely be Tyra Banks. I just adore her. I remember growing up watching Americas Next Top Model and being glued to the television for hours. I never missed an episode. Watching her really taught me a lot that I still use till this day in furthering my career.

We all make mistakes Cierra, we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Model, you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I had a colleague that wanted me to take pictures that I wasn't comfortable taking. I shouldn't have to show my body to be a model. I shouldn't have to lower my standards and my pride in order to make someone else feel good about their work. Although I and this colleague did get into a disagreement I wish I could have come up with a solution instead of shutting this person completely out.

Cierra, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

I try to prioritize in the order of which the job was offered first. If someone booked me for a certain day I shouldn't cancel with them because someone else came along after them with a better offer or deal. It's not fair and I don't want to waste my clients time.

Please tell us, Cierra, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

There was a time that I had two clients wanting to shoot me for a certain day but I was only available for one shoot but both clients had very similar ideas on what type of shoot they wanted to do so I ask if I combine both of the shoots together so that they could both could get what they needed at that time.

Cierra, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
I often know what type of lip color looks good on me and which one doesn't. I had this client who wanted me to wear a light orange lip color but I knew that orange was one of the colors I couldn't pull off. Trust me I've tried several times to make it work but it never looks good. So I had to convince her that purple would look a lot better and of course, the purple looked way better than then orange once so put it on me.

Cierra, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
I had recently taken pictures for my 21st Birthday and I was out and about and this young girl came up to me, she had to be about 12 or 13, and she told me that she had seen my pics on her moms Instagram account and she just told me that she loved my pics and how she wanted to be just like me. I was proud because I'm glad that my pictures alone could inspire a little child so much that she would want to do the same thing that I do.

Cierra, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
So there was a time that I did my first shoot with another person in the pictures with me. This was my first time so I was so nervous. I had to find a way to make the both of us look good without outshining the other person. It was kinda hard because I didn't know what she used to so we had to find a way to work together to get amazing pictures. And that's just what we did!

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?

It's not easy but it will definitely be worth it in the long run. Don't settle for anything and don't do anything that you're not comfortable with. And at the end of it all just have fun, be confident, and be yourself.

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands, and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
Yes, but I'm open to all collaborations. I willing to try new things.

Now for the best part Cierra! Please upload 5-10 photos so we can get to see your work.
