I studied Athletic Training in college and branched off to work as a strength and conditioning coach as I found that to be my passion. I eventually got into competing in NPC figure/physique competitions and discovered a completely different side of me - a badass, creative, confident woman who wants to be a worldwide influence on other women to know their worth, express their beauty and femininity and be empowered to conquer anything and everything. I like to reflect and promote an image of confidence, success, and the relentless badass pursuit of any goal while being beautiful, feminine, and tastefully self-expressive. As an influencer, I want to give all that I have and know to help uplift others, and being a Gemini; I enjoy all things creative- art, modelling, and as my hobby displays, part of the human body as a bodybuilder.
I have just done the scariest thing in my entire life by quitting my "normal" job and moving to Miami Beach to pursue high-level clients in need of support of a desired lifestyle change/enhancement and to grow an online business. I want to reach and positively influence as many people as possible, across the globe!
I have worked/consulted with high-level professional organisations like the NFL, professional athletes, elite socialites (a famous Lebanese billionaire couture collector), and many more. I have consistently worked so hard to achieve my goals and inner peace, and I have a burning passion, through art, modelling, fitness and in the future, motivational speaking, to get others to realise their worth and their dreams!
Our readers would love to get to know you more Christina. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you, your brand or the services you offer?
What is unique about me compared to the other "fitness trainers" out there, is my focus on the mental side of things. Manifesting confidence. Living in an abundance mindset. Promoting empowerment - especially in females. I want what I do to be recognised as 1,000,000 times more valuable than fitness. Fitness is just one vehicle that use to change lives.
Christina, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as an Influencer?
My passion is to make every woman feel the way I felt when I achieved my goals so far. I keep setting goals, I'm never done...but I see so many women dejected, not confident, stuck, and lost. I want to be able to rise to a position of even more significant influence and inspiration to get them to achieve and experience their BEST lives. To be ecstatic also to continue to spread positivity and make the globe a better place.
Who is your inspiration in life Christina? How do you stay inspired as Influencer?
My inspiration comes from many places. I'm very introspective. I stay inspired by keeping a gratitude journal. I position myself around others that think like me. I stray from the mediocre and the negative. Influencers that I look up to are Oprah, Gabrielle Bernstein, Sophia Amoruso, Cindy Crawford, Andy Frisella, Gary Vee, Grant Cardone, and others that are raw, real, authentic, honest and beautiful. It's quite a diverse bunch, from men to women that inspire me. I draw something from everyone.
We all make mistakes Christina; we wish we could take back. What was the mistake you made in the past that you wish you can take back?
I wish I could take back the mistake of waiting until now to realise and show my true self. Have a traditional "job" before, and I was in a box. I'm a Gemini. I'm naturally talkative, loud, artsy, creative and long for self-expression and see the beauty in so much. Fitting the mould of an "organisation" to work for stifles creativity and growth. I am so FREE now that I am finally pursuing my passion as an entrepreneur/influencer. That freedom, I liken to being in love. It's like when you're in love with someone, and you want to shout it from the rooftops and make the world know. That's how I feel about my freedom to finally have developed the confidence to be happy and comfortable with pursuing my TRUE passion and living my authentic self
Christina, How do you describe yourself regarding working with clients?
In working with clients, I have high expectations and standards however I listen. I meet them where they are. I'm a natural healer and problem solver. I want so badly to help that I will genuinely go to the ends of the earth for them, as long as they continue to push as hard as they can. I have the desire and ability to hold others accountable and be no-nonsense, but always at the end of the day, love is my genuine expression of how I feel towards others. Love and gratitude always.
Please tell us, Christina, how do you prioritise work, social life, friends, and family?
Family and friends are #1. I will always answer a text and a call. I want to be there for them. Work is like a second #1 because it does not work, it's a passion, but of course, it has to take a back seat at times to family needs if any. Social life is significant to me, but when laser-focused, I'm more fulfilled when I'm helping others than when I'm social.
Christina, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
You know, I've had some adversity at "work" before. I've experienced, as many have, differences in philosophies, methods, and outlook - professional AND personal outlook. When my true intentions and lifestyle were in question, and I was asked what I want my "image" to be - whether or not the person who asked liked it, I said exactly how I described above. I want my image to be that of inspiration and beauty while also being a confident badass who gets what she wants. There is no reason I can't do that and be respected.
Christina, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as an Influencer.
My proudest professional accomplishment is taking an otherwise quiet and meek mom to the stage as a bikini athlete. To see her confidence skyrocket when she achieved her physical goals and overcame her fears of being up on stage in front of other people, I was the proudest coach in the place. It was more than just aesthetics. It was deep love and excitement to see her shine and know she can now move forward and tackle ANYTHING because no one can take that sense of accomplishment away from her.
Christina, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or challenging about it?
Creativity for me in a traditional work environment came in the form of creating different newsletters and videos. It was so exciting to be able to not only create them from scratch - all my vision - but to put an emotion to it; an allow others to see into our world through the content provided. I looked forward to every project.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as an Influencer?*
Stay on your path. Someone will be inspired, even if you never know who they are. Some will tell you; some may not...but you WILL positively influence people just by being you and living your best life and radiating it.
