I think my uniqueness lies within my hard work and ability to dream about what I can achieve
Ben, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Fashion Label?
I'm a big sports fan. Having worked within clothing stores within the past and using what I see and have learned to create something I like.
Who is your inspiration in life Ben? How do you keep inspired?
I also try my best to enjoy what I do and be proud of the brand and everything around it. This is a great way to remain inspired.
We all make mistakes Ben; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Fashion Label; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
One thing is when choosing a supplier I would take more times and do more checks to ensure quality. I think I was a bit in ore of everything to start so was just really excited that I could do this.
Ben, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Fashion Label, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
We try to treat everyone as an individual and treat them like a friend. Whilst also offering good quality and meeting any needs they may have.
Please tell us, Ben, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Fashion Label?
Black Friday sales is always a busy one for us especially because we don't hold large amounts of stock until we have grown. Stock turnover can be a real problem
Ben, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
I firmly believe that we should hear everyone opinion at work. And that you can learn something from everyone you meet. This is why we talk through any ideas and have a big group discussion till we can agree on a successful outcome.
Ben, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Fashion Label. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
Working with Amanda chic magazine in Spain was the first time someone had really said wow we love what you are doing. Was such a cool feeling like oh we are doing something good here. Especially with so much competition, its hard to compete so any nice comments are always well received.
Ben, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
Creating the logo and the brand. We used Bradbury clothing co because its a family name and i thought it was a strong brand name. But seeing it all come together was super cool
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Fashion Label?
Do lots of research. Look into lots of different ideas. Enjoy what you do and have fun with it.
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?
In terms of collaborations, we would work with new influencers and anyone who thinks they can add to our brand.
