Our readers would love to get to know you more Art 6. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

Art 6 is operated by 2 very young entrepreneurs in the art and digital media field in Trinidad. We are bringing a new space for younger artists to exhibit with us and build repertoire in the art sphere. We are proud to be the youngest art gallery owners in the country and growing our company to be more than a gallery, but also a full art academy and production house in film
And digital media: art

Art 6, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Creative Agency?

Our passion is to assist in eh cultural development in the arts in Trinidad and Tobago and across the regions as we aim to build young creative talent and allow for a safe space for artists to commune and work together.

Who is your inspiration in life Art 6? How do you keep inspired?

Our inspiration is the young and emerging talent as we seek to give them the opportunity to do what they love and make a living out of it. We are constantly inspired by all countries that have managed to over the years, build a respect and awareness through the arts.

We all make mistakes Art 6, we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Creative Agency, you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
They have been many mistakes along the way being a young business. One of our biggest mistakes would have been to open this art gallery with very little finances, but I don't regret sacrificing for the artists of our country.

Art 6, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Creative Agency, how do you go about prioritizing your clients’ needs?

We start by building a tight-knit community where our Visual artists along with our clientele are able to meet and greet at the gallery, many artist talks, we encourage our art veterans to host workshops with both collectors as well as other artists.

Please tell us Art 6, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Creative Agency?

Opening our gallery in direct completion to a controlled and saturated art market, one that hadn't allowed for the voice of young emerging talent to be heard, we had to figure out a way to strategically place ourselves amongst both emerging artists and emerging collectors, to know of our existence by having unconventional marketing by going to the local green markets as well as raising awareness of art through social media as we seek to combat the market that has been dominated by few, and allow the voices of our artists to be heard

Art 6, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
On a daily basis, we struggle to encourage our staff as the road is long on this journey to success, it is easy to get frustrated, it is our job to remind our employees of our mission which is to build a dying art market here In the Caribbean.

Art 6 please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Creative Agency. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
Our proudest moment would be to have received the backing of some of the Caribbeans oldest and prestigious artists in support of our young gallery and is young entrepreneurs that own and facilitate the running of the business. We are only 25 and 27 years old

Art 6, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
Every exhibition, we are pushed to our limits to be creative mad we not only cater for conventional artists, but also to photographers, designers, models, and anyone who is in need of a creative outlet/direction

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Creative Agency?

Our advice would be to support.... in every aspect of our business we aim to support the young talent of tomorrow
