What's unique about me is my skill set. I have a wide variety of skills ranging from making bullets, painting, plumbing, working on cars, and doing hair and makeup! I pride myself in having a vast range of experience.
April, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as Model?
My passion is art; being given the opportunity to combine the two mediums I love most (painting and modelling) is incredible. My aspirations in life are to one day be recognized for my work.
Who is your inspiration in life April? How do you stay inspired as a Model?
My inspiration is my future self and where I want to be in 10yrs. I try to base all my actions on a later outcome for my future to set myself up for success.
We all make mistakes April; we wish we could take back. What was the mistake you made in the past that you wish you can take back?
If I could take back anything, it would be the mean girl talk and gossip. High school was rough, and I was petty. Haha.
April, How do you describe yourself in terms of working with clients?
Easy to work with, outgoing, full of ideas!
Please tell us April, how do you prioritise work, social life, friends, and family?
Family and friends(equal), work than social life. Have got to keep everything in check!
April, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
I have successfully brought together multiple artists of different media's (painters, photography, modelling, music) for collaboration to do a project in unity.
April please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model.
My proudest accomplishment was the day I started. None of this would have been possible without me trying it and pursuing something I've always dreamt of. I'm proud that I had the courage to try it.
April, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I think to be able to travel and capture the beauty of different places brings out our work and makes it creative. Being able to bring together themes or even going out on a limb to shoot and being unplanned can make it creative!
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
Do it; it's a great outlet. It's so much fun. But be observant and never too vulnerable! There are shady people out there!
