ABOUT

I consider myself a very pragmatic person, sincere and honest. My creativity is my secret word when I can live when I need to relax from daily stress.

Annalisa, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Designer?

My passion is one of dress all women of elegance and tell them the secret of being unique.

Who is your inspiration in life Annalisa? How do you keep inspired?

My inspiration in life is my mother with her inner strength and goodness and my father who taught me he taught me to always question myself without ever criticising others with honesty and foresight.

We all make mistakes Annalisa; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Designer; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.

The biggest mistakes I made were errors of gauging people who surrounded me in the last few years. I trust the others too much, and I always hope in good faith. But sometimes it was not like that, and I paid the consequences

Annalisa, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Designer, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?

Being focused and work step by step without losing the whole scenario is something that you learn day by day, and I am good in this

Please tell us, Annalisa, about a time you had to be very strategic in order to meet all your top priorities as a Designer?

During the developing of my last collection. It was necessary for me to combine my vision of elegance with my free spirit of being smart and contemporary. My women are strong and delicate at the same time..it was a long but amazing experience for me!

Annalisa, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.

I was in Paris during the fashion week, and while I was having breakfast, a woman approaches me and asks me about the brand of the dress I was wearing. I told her that I was the creator of that dress and she wanted to see the whole collection. When she entered our showroom, she told me "I love your class, you are talented." Do you want to design my dress for my sister's wedding? "Up to date this woman who lives in Bahrain is one of my most loyal customers and has brought me luck.

Annalisa, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Designer. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?

In Canada, during a trunk show organised for my brand. That was the most powerful moment in my career. I believed I was living in a dream. All my efforts had been rewarded

Annalisa, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?

When I run for a new collection, I collect energy and vision and then I need to transfer them on a piece of paper. The same thing happens with my private clients, is a very delicate phase when you must live into their ideas and wishes. Nothing is difficult for me if I find the right emphatic feeling with my clients. Everything comes step by step.

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Designer?

Never lose the vision about your goals, fill your days of culture, study, be curious, try and try again, do not give up into difficulties even if they seem insurmountable. If you love this job, it is something that comes naturally

Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state below what type of collaboration you are looking for?

Every day I'm looking for new collaborations as if it were necessary air for me. They allow me to grow, to learn and to give. Being able to share a passion is a precious gift.
