Annaplease tell us your talent/work rate per hour?
I have over five years of modelling experience. I am agency signed with two agencies at the moment. My rates vary.

Anna. Tell us ABOUT yourself.
My life long dream is to keep climbing the ladder of success in the modelling world. My career really took off when I moved to Japan, where I was recognised by independent designers and modelling agencies.

Our readers would love to get to know you more Anna. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?

My life long dream is to become as famous a model as I can. I would like to use my career as a model to spread a healthy lifestyle promotion and body positivity ideas. I struggled with confidence growing up, but modelling has made me an extremely confident and happy woman! I model all around the world, but especially in Asia and North America. I often incorporate nature and animals into my modelling work!

Anna, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?

I started as a model when I was 16 years old. Being in the professional modelling field has been a life long dream of mine. I am lucky enough to say it is my full-time job now, and hope to advance in the field by signing with new agencies and working with independent brands and artists.

Who is your inspiration in life Anna? How do you keep inspired?

My inspiration in life is Iskra Lawrence! She actually gave me some advice when I was first starting to model, and those words that encourage me to accept and love myself keep me going every day. She is so body positive and such a cheerful person, that having her as a role model and inspiration helps me to keep inspired while developing my skills related to modelling. On a personal level, I keep inspired by taking my own independent self-portraits, or collaborating on projects with photographer and make-up artist friends.

We all make mistakes Anna; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about a time being a Model, you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
Honestly, one of the things I pride myself is not letting myself get shaken up when someone says something critical about myself. However, I haven't always had that skill. One time at a casting call, I let something another girl auditioning say about myself really negatively affect my confidence. Not just for the day, but for a long time after that. It made my ambition disappear, and I stopped working on myself and my career. I really regret all that lost time that I could've been working on myself.

Anna , when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?

I think the biggest part about that is staying organised. In Japan, I had the largest number of job offers and demands from clients that I have ever had in my entire life, for any job I've ever done. Being in that situation, I was really forced to evolve my organisational and planning skills. It's what makes me able to stay on top of a large work demand that I have today.

Please tell us, Anna, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model?

It definitely had to be planning all the jobs I could take during my first few months with more than one agency while in Japan. It was definitely hard to make my own schedule for all the different travelling and hotels I would need!

Anna, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
I think the biggest thing isn't necessarily persuasion, but is collaboration. Having collaboration skills can make an even more beautiful idea than what originally existed.

Anna please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
My proudest achievement was the first time I walked on the runway. I had always believed that I would never be tall enough or thin enough to walk on the runway, but through working on myself and developing my skills, I was hired to walk on the runway within a few months of working and living in Japan.

Anna, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I've done a couple shoots with horses, because I've been riding since I was 5. I thought it was going to be really easy, considering my background. Surprisingly, it's really hard to look glamorous while trying to pose a horse at the same time!

What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?

Do not give up the quality of life for your career! Do not give up being healthy! What's most important in life is being happy and healthy, make sure you are both of those things at all times!
