I think the unique thing about me is my height. I'm very short, but I have never let that stop me from doing what I love to do!
Anna, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
My passion is modelling but I also love everything about art. I what to be in vogue by the age of 25 and I want to work with all well-known brands. I started modelling because I needed to do something that made me happy. I joined an agency for a few months and then decided that freelance modelling was the best thing for me at this time.
Who is your inspiration in life Anna? How do you keep inspired?
My inspiration would have to be my grandparents. Seeing all they have done for me and how they work so hard to get what they have in life is amazing. I wish to be like them as I grow older.
We all make mistakes Anna; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
When I was with my agency, I wish I would've handled leaving a lot better. It's better to be the bigger person and walks away instead of arguing over past things. It gets you nowhere.
Anna, when you’re working with a large number of clients, it’s tricky to deliver excellent service to them all. As a Model, how do you go about prioritising your clients’ needs?
I always keep a calendar, and I set reminders on my phone. It's so important to make deadlines, even when it's about the little things. Modelling isn't just about taking pictures. You have to be very organised and on top of everything.
Please tell us, Anna, about a time you had to be very strategic to meet all your top priorities as a Model?
At one point I was being booked 5-6 times a week on top of working a regular job. Writing stuff down helps a lot. Never keep everything in your head you will end up making shoots clash, and that looks bad on your part.
Anna, please give us an example of a time when you were able to persuade someone to see things your way at work successfully.
Talking to photographers about concepts is hard sometimes. That's one of the biggest things I've struggled with. Making sure the photographer sees my vision; sadly sometimes the vision doesn't come through. I always remember that everything happens for a reason.
Anna, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
Being able to be on tv and debut H&M's newest collection. It's still so unreal to think about. I'm goals and dreams are becoming a reality, and that's all I've ever wanted.
Anna, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
One of my favorite photographers Jonathan is the best at understanding my concepts and making sure my shoots some out as creative as possible.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
Go out there and work your butt off. Nothing is handed to you in the modelling world. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Don't be discouraged if it takes longer than you want it to. Hard work always pays off.
Are you looking for collaboration with fashion talents, brands and creatives? If yes, please state what type of collaboration you are looking for?
I'm looking for collaborations with everyone. I want k branch out of what I do now as a model. It is my dream to me in magazines and lookbooks for brands!
