Alright, now for the interview! Firstly Alexandria, how would you best describe yourself?
Our readers would love to get to know you more Alexandria. Tell us about yourself, why you are passionate about what you do, and your journey so far.
My journey thus far has been incredible. I love meeting new people and models, working with them, seeing how they get inspired when we work together. You can see when you show them that one shot, their eyes glow and a huge smile appears. That's why I photograph.

Keep interviewing me!
What are your goals and how do you see yourself progressing in the field Alexandria?
My goal is to own a studio in Chicago or New York (or both) to do my work. I see myself travelling all around the world building up a Nation Wide clientele. I am building my clientele list as we speak, Traveling to different cities, shooting with different people. Networking is key in this field.
How do you communicate with people Alexandria? Are you patient? Are you friendly? How open are you to clients’ requirements?
I can say I'm pretty patient and friendly. I don't force anything upon my clients. I naturally let my personality do the selling for me. If they're not interested now, maybe they will be down the road, and they will remember my professionalism and kind attitude resulting in a booked session later on. Always be friendly to everyone you meet, they could potentially be your next client.
If you had to do it over again, what would you change Alexandria?
Nothing, I still have a lot to learn.
Who is your hero Alexandria, and how have they helped you get to where you are?
I would say Lindsay Adler is my hero/inspiration. Following her and what she is doing in the industry now is a real testimony that you can be successful in anything you put your mind too.
How important are creative education courses Alexandria? Have you taken any, and did you find them useful?
Supeerrrr important! I've taken a few here and there but I love going to conferences. I feel comfortable sitting with people that are wanting to learn the same thing as me. I also read a ton of blogs and watch videos on whatever I'm studying at the time, Marketing, new lighting techniques, or photoshop even.
Do you have any tips for someone who is just starting out in the industry?
Keep going! Learn everything you can and be consistent. Work and be creative with as many people as possible. Soon enough, everybody will know your name or your brand and they want to work with you.
