Our readers would love to get to know you more Adaeze. Tell us about yourself, what is unique about you?
I'm a musical artist, I have music out under the name Dia Decayo. Which is Electronica? I'm actually body positive; I'm a plus-size model, I weigh 234. I am plus size, even though I did lose 2 inches recently. from Pant size 18 to 16. I am still a curvy woman. I love painting and artwork. I love exercising. I love Dubstep music. I love animals, like my cat and my dog, especially toy dogs, my toy dog Celia is a Chihuahua and she loves jumping into Purses. I am a Nude Model. I am proud of my body despite the fact that I'm plus size. I have curves as I said. I love creative photoshoots. Like my glow in the dark body paint photoshoot UV Light one. That one was quite entertaining. I was very nervous. Not that I wouldn't do well, but at the fact that I was showing to much skin, I was wearing skin-tight, steampunk leggings, and a sports bra. That was before my nude photoshoot project. I slowly keep raising the bar as a model. And my comfort zone.
Adaeze, what are your passion and aspiration in life? How did you start as a Model?
My passion is to continue to fight for my dreams and what I believe in as a model, person, and actor despite my failures and accomplishments. I continue to drive for the best. See the light in the world and fall to the ground, and then get back up again and wipe me off and continue walking into towards the sunrise. I aspire to search for new ways to improve myself in my life as new opportunities present themselves to me. If at all opportunities are present. Or else I will aspire to be a good person in the world and make a difference towards mankind in the best way I know possible with kindness, laughter, and my ability to share entertainment (sharing joy).
Who is your inspiration in life Adaeze? How do you keep inspired?
My mother is my inspiration; she has gone through so many tribulations in her life that I couldn't even count. She is my true hero. And She is a True Superhero. I believe in her. For being one woman power over all her troubles, problems, protecting her children, and fighting for what she believes in. Plus she took care of me when I needed her the most. And that's all I need from a hero. She is all that. A hero and she's my mom. I'm so lucky to call her that. She inspires me, as a hero, and mother.
We all make mistakes Adaeze; we wish we could take back. Please tell us about time being a Model; you wish you’d handled a situation differently with a colleague.
I haven't had enough experience with modeling in a situation with colleague's but, there is one where I cancelled without calling a Cosplay Photographer at a Convention. I didn't let the Photographer know I wouldn't be there. I was so exhausted, and there were so many people at the Convention that I was so unable to get my head in the game, I was just tired. But How I could've changed that, was not booked so many Photographers in one day. Or Called or Emailed The Photographer and Let them know I wouldn't be able to make it. That would have been a lot more positive of an outcome and better for my reputation. But I learned from my mistake once the Photographer complained to me. I will do better next time, and I haven't missed a photographers appointment since.

Adaeze, please give us an example of a time when you were able to successfully persuade someone to see things your way at work.
I persuaded my agent that I would make a great model, he thought I was too short. A lot of people still think I'm too short. But I keep doing my own thing, and posing and having fun; I love modeling and what I do. It's invigorating to follow my passions. He finally gave me a Modeling Contract And an Acting Contract for one year. Which I thought was amazing. That was in 2016. Currently, I am not with an agency, but I am in search of one.
Adaeze, please tell us about your proudest professional accomplishment as a Model. There might be many, but there is always this proudest moment that you just want to share with everyone. What is it and why?
My proudest moment is obtaining my first agency contract! I remember it like It was yesterday, I was dressed in a wool jacket that was not very fashionable, and I had a headshot that was a terrible selfie of me, haha. It was amazing. It was the best moment of my life. Of course, I said some acting lines. And it changed my life. I became a model and actor that day. At least Professionally. My fashion sense changed. And my appearance changed. I lost a lot of weight. And my personality changed, I gained a lot of confidence in my body and speaking. I'm is less shy now. Thanks To That Talent Agency.
Adaeze, please give us an example of a time you were able to be creative with your work. What was exciting or difficult about it?
I did a Glow In The Dark Paint, UV Light Photoshoot, By Split Images Studio. What was exciting was my entire body was covered in paint, that glows in UV light. It was an amazing concept. I was wearing sports wear, steampunk leggings and a sports bra. As well as Nike tennis shoes.
What advice would you give to the people who want to be successful as a Model?
My advice goes for it; you will never know if you're good at it unless you try, no matter what body type or what you look like, just try. There is hand modeling, food modeling, hair modeling, senior modeling, all types of modeling, no limitations; it's not just a limit for modelling. Or rules. You Can do it!
